  • The Root Cause of Burnout Burnout often stems from the belief that "I need to do more to be worthy." This mindset keeps us trapped in a cycle of overwork, leaving us overwhelmed and unfulfilled. The first step to breaking free is recognizing this belief and challenging its validity.
  • Plan with Intention, Not Obligation Begin your week by asking: "What do I want to do today?" Planning your days intentionally creates space for what truly matters while reducing overwhelm. Use tools like digital calendars to block time for essential tasks and adjust them as your day unfolds.

Recognize when “should” or “try” dominate your thoughts. Shift to what genuinely aligns with your desires.
