BREAKING: Energy Communities Eligible for a 40% Tax Credit: This is Insane - Stacked Benefits to Some Businesses That Go Solar Now 111%!

My Dear LinkedIn Family,

I'm reaching out to share some groundbreaking news from the renewable energy sector. The U.S. government has recently introduced an array of additional incentives that are nothing short of a game-changer for businesses and communities across the country.

Energy Communities are Now Eligible for an Additional 10% Tax Credit (up from 30% to 40%).??

What is an energy community???

The government defines these as:?

  1. Brownfield sites,?
  2. Certain metropolitan and non-metropolitan statistical areas with unemployment rates at or above the national average, and?
  3. Census tracts where a coal mine closed after 1999. or;
  4. A coal-fired electric generating unit retired after 2009.??

The concept of "Energy Communities" is a game-changer in the renewable energy sector. These communities encompass a wide range of areas, including states like Kentucky, Arizona, and large parts of Nevada. Even most of Alaska, Southern California, and parts of Michigan and Pennsylvania fall under this category. The list is extensive, covering about one-third of the USA. I encourage you to take a look at the map and see for yourself. The selection is vast and the opportunities are abundant.?

But the benefits don't stop there. If you're a small business located in a rural community that also qualifies as an energy community, you can stack benefits from the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) and the energy community provisions. This means you could receive an astonishing 111% back in grants and subsidies. For larger businesses, the Industrial Decarbonization and Emissions Reduction (IDER) program offers grants ranging from $35 million to $500 million, and you can stack the 10% energy community benefit on top of these grants. ? In fact there are a multitude of other grants you can stack? this 10% benefit on top of . . . and you can always stack this 10% benefit on top of the 30% Investment Tax Credit that every business enjoys that goes green with solar.?

Having attended numerous government webinars and engaged with the C-Suite government executives who are spearheading these programs, I can tell you that the message is clear: they are committed to distributing as much funding as possible to further their green energy agenda. The tone of these encounters has been one of increasing generosity, with the government pushing to give away more and more money in the form of increasing benefits.

The U.S. government has shown a keen interest in supporting Native American communities, small town governments, and small rural businesses, particularly those located in Energy Communities. The goal is straightforward: to expedite the transition to green energy and make it as financially beneficial as possible for these groups.

The (REAP) is a prime example of this commitment. This program, now with the newly announced Energy Community Tax Credit, offers up to 111% in incentives for qualifying businesses, is nothing short of extraordinary. Consider this: a CEO in an Energy Community investing in a $2 million system could receive $2,220,000 back in tax credits, grant rebates, and other incentives. It's an incredible opportunity that underscores the government's commitment to promoting green energy.

And again, on a larger scale, the (IDER) grant offers up to $500 million in non-repayable funding for a single project. This could cover 50% of a $1 billion project. When you stack the 30% tax credit, 21% in accelerated depreciation, and an additional 10% for projects in an Energy Community, the financial benefits are staggering. It's a deal that would make even the most seasoned Shark investor take notice.

Whether you're a small business or a large corporation, the opportunities are immense. The additional 10% incentive for Energy Communities is the icing on the cake, making an already fantastic deal even more attractive. It's an unprecedented opportunity in the world of green energy!

If you're intrigued by these opportunities and want to understand how they can benefit your business, community, or clients, I'm here to help. DM me or send me a text/email. I specialize in guiding businesses and communities through these programs and securing the funding they're eligible for.

If you know any CEOs, Native American tribes, or small town governments that might benefit from these programs, please share this information with them. I offer a generous referral fee for any clients you refer to me.

Let's embrace the power of green energy together and maximize these incredible incentives. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you're ready to embark on this journey.

Warmly,

David

Thanks for sharing Mr Vogel, is there any possibility that these incentives can also be made available to African States, in particular, small businesses or large corporations??
