Breaking Down Barriers of Homelessness to find a solution that caters to the needs of South Bay Jurisdictions in Los Angeles County.

The City of Torrance Office of Emergency Services (OES) has been honored to host three interns, two from the college summer intern program and another from the Torrance Refining Company Youth Development Program (YDP).

Collaboratively, a GIS story map was created by the interns to highlight and present an alternative solution for the homeless situation in Southbay.
