"Breaking Barriers and Winning Races: The Incredible Journey of Club RPM"

Club RPM is an inspiring success story of a racing team that started from humble beginnings and achieved tremendous success in the competitive world of racing.

In 2018, Nile University launched its first racing team, Club RPM, to compete in the Electric Vehicle Endurance Race (EVER) competition. The team aimed to design and build a high-performance electric car and compete with other teams from different universities.

During their first year, Club RPM focused on creating a sound business model that would ensure the team's sustainability and success. The hard work and dedication of the team members paid off when they won first place in the business model category at the EVER competition.

In the following season (2019/2020), RPM transferred the knowledge they gained from the competition to new members and students for achieving new rewards in EVER. However, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, stopping all their dreams. It was a challenging time, and the team had to make a difficult decision of whether to continue or not. Eventually, they decided to persevere and not lose hope.

During the pandemic, RPM worked tirelessly on the design report, hoping to secure a full fund from the EVER competition to build their car. Luckily, their hard work paid off, and they were one of the five teams selected for full funding. After receiving the funds, the team started working on the car, beginning with the electric team.

The best moments for RPM were when we tests the car and could see our dream of building a racing car coming true. However, as with any project, problems appeared during the arbitration period that could potentially stop our progress.

Despite the challenges, RPM kept pushing forward, and finally, the race day arrived. The team didn't imagine that they could take second place in their first time participating in the race. The second race was even more surprising as they achieved second place after seeing big teams lose their cars on the track.

After finishing the race, the judges started to announce the places (1st, 2nd, &3rd), and everyone was shocked when they heard the first place is Nile University! Club RPM had achieved their goal of winning first place in the EVER competition, a remarkable achievement for a team that had only been competing for a few years.

Overall, Club RPM's story is a testament to the power of perseverance, hard work, and determination in the face of challenges. They have shown that with the right mindset and support, anyone can achieve their dreams and excel in their chosen field.
