At WASHKING , we've discovered an unexpected solution to improve the health and socio-economic well-being of underserved communities - toilets. Making Impacts and Transforming Communities:

In our quest to address the critical issues of inadequate sanitation, we're driven not only by business success but also by our impact on social well-being, environmental health, and a fair economy. From humble beginnings with 18 toilets, we've now built over 800 safe and sustainable toilets, benefiting more than 7,000 low-income communities in Ghana. Our impact is clear:

Our Social Impact:

• Improved the health and well-being of more than 7,058 daily users.
• Enhanced transferable skills for over 45 youths who are trained and engaged as builders and marketers.

Our Economic Impact:

• Improved income and employment for 45 community members.
• Saved over 1.3 million productive economic hours for low-income individuals.

Our Environmental Impact:

• Treated over 1,089 tons of fecal matter.
• Saved 6.28 tons of CO2 emissions.

Role: Partnerships and Community Outreach Manager

As a dynamic relationship builder and community advocate, you can drive positive change on a meaningful scale with WASHKING . Join us in transforming sanitation solutions for low-income communities. In this role, you'll forge impactful collaborations, engage with local communities, and contribute to a brighter and healthier future.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our reach and impact.
• Nurture and maintain existing partnerships for mutual growth.
• Lead community engagement efforts for two-way communication.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote our solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of local government structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software.

Key performance indicators (KPIs):

• Achieve a quarterly growth rate of at least 10% in new successful partnerships.
• Maintain an average partnership effectiveness score of 8 out of 10.
• Reach a minimum of 50% of the target audience through promotional efforts.
• Continuously improve at least 80% of partnership and outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Maintain an average cross-functional collaboration score of 8 or higher.

What we offer:
