“One of the myths I work to break is the belief that you must check every box before stepping into a new role—especially when women sometimes create boxes that don’t even exist. So many hesitate, assuming others must be more prepared.
My advice? Take the opportunity.
Growth happens in the stretch moments, not just in the comfortable ones.” Her approach to leadership is rooted in advocacy, mentorship, and the principle of?lifting as you climb. Success, she believes, isn’t just about reaching the top—it’s about bringing others along with you.?
