Breaking Barriers, Inspiring Change: We Are ICE
ICE Creates
We make better happen through #Humancentreddesign and behaviour change. Co-create with the ICE 7E’s transformation model
We’ve been igniting power and purpose to unlock possibility since the beginning…?
2023 saw a significant number of lives changed and communities transformed through our human-centred design approach, we counted well over 100,000 lives directly supported and over a million indirectly influenced through our?partnerships last year.
Making better happen by driving positive change is what we do every day at ICE. Since our journey began almost 25 years ago back in 1999, we’ve collaborated with, and enabled our clients and partners to unlock power and purpose, for both their people, and our world.?
We work with individuals and organisations to deeply understand what drives behaviour, and we’ve seen powerful shifts happening in communities?and?teams alike and our work with leaders and CEOs across a range of sectors has been truly inspirational and humbling. The level of commitment to using the power of co-creation and co-production to transform their organisation is a real example of servant leadership.?
Fostering Positive Transformation?
2023 saw ICE anchor work with Integrated Care Boards such as Black Country ICB to help solve knotty problems including system integration, recruitment, retention, and neighbourhood integration. We also worked with the Office for Nuclear Regulation, whose mission is to protect society by securing safe nuclear operations. The work saw us coming together to collaboratively shape the future and ways of working as a regulator with their executive team.??
We also worked with two of England’s largest acute trusts including NUH and many NHS organisations with executive and divisional leadership teams to help unlock the potential working on problems of structure and releasing hierarchy, all of which impact the strategy for their future roles in integrated care.?
Our Head of Organisational Development, Abi Manifold joined ICE in 2023 and has worked in the people development and leadership space for 25 years. But what deeply connects with her the most as part of Team ICE is the approach that we take to collaboratively get right to the root of what's going on for organisations and people. This method then enables us to deploy both process and creativity to bring solutions that stick. It all happens in co-creation and is human-centred.?
“I've always worked with a breadth of clients. But the thing that stands out with ICE is the depth of the work. I'm working with a team of experts who, together, have over 500 years of experience. We all know our stuff and it lets us think deeply and innovate together - to solve the tricky stuff with clients, at the core of what's working and what isn't. We literally live our tagline - Make Better Happen.”?
