YOU'LL NEED TO BE UP EARLY TO ATTRACT THE BEST TALENT: As part of our companies continued commitment to Emiratisation, we will be holding a series of Breakfast Meetings across the UAE and warmly invite ALL parties that have an active interest in attracting locals to their PRIVATE SECTOR business to attend.

Meetings will be held on a Monthly basis (Dates to be advised) and in due course will reach across ALL 7 EMIRATES. The events "Emiratisation In Focus - Breakfast Meeting" will concentrate on a variety of matters surrounding Emiratisation within the Private Sector and will cover several critical areas, such as Tawteen Club and the Scoring System, Tawteen Gate, attracting/retaining talented UAE Nationals, alongside equipping/preparing line managers with cultural programs majoring on managing diversity.

It's worthy to note, the meetings are one of a number of upcoming initiatives to support Executive Solutions most recent signed partnership with the UAE's Ministry of HR & Emiratisation, of which envelopes the 5 KPI's embracing Emiratisation in the UAE's National Agenda.
