it is far to easy to get caught up in the daily grind, sometimes it is you who is being ground away! Constantly chasing deadlines and putting out fires. However, stepping away from the routine and taking time for a business retreat or break can yield remarkable results and prevent burnout. These intentional pauses in our regular work rhythm offer a valuable opportunity to gain perspective, recharge our creative batteries, and strategize for the future.? Doing my best to set an example for my mentees and small business clients, I am taking my own advice and heading over the pond for Summer Camp by the Happy Start Up School.
When we remove ourselves from the usual office environment, we create space for fresh ideas to flourish. A change of scenery can spark innovation and help us see challenges from new angles.
