Right now I keep finding myself in a weird vicious circle.?

I sit down to work and find myself checking the news.?

I’m spending time with my wife and kids, wondering what our future looks like.?

I’m in the line for coffee scrolling my LinkedIn feed, worrying about the impact of the latest headlines on my clients.
