Ruling with an absolute force will destroy the discerning justice, and shall enhance the abnegation of rights. Practicing injustice will drive others to rebellion against all laws.

It might be better to live under an authority rather than being ruled by a crazy misleading convinced that as long as he uses his power forcing others to live in a sense of insecurity, he is safe.
