Your excellence Mr President, IMF is looking for something in your Country. IMF is not a charity organisation, but a business entity for Americans. What is the loan for, sir? Do you really need this loan? Can you not generate the same amount locally? or speak to your brothers in Nigeria and other places? Even ask from the Malawians in the Diaspora.
