I suggest doing all you can for boosting operational productivity without multiplying costs.

This means optimising your GTM processes, showcasing ROI, and ensuring that your teams are aligned around actual data, not opinions and "ways they have always worked". What I mean is a feeling that the product team or customer support team is not enough to make business decisions if there is no data to back them up.


As businesses strive to grow, it's important to gather data and be ready to pivot.


However, this doesn't mean jumping headfirst into big ideas risky.

Instead, test smaller ideas and growth scenarios, iterate them a bit, and compare results. Once you've found success, go full throttle on a go-to-market activity. By taking a measured approach, you'll lower risk and increase your chances of success.
