Brazil is the spotlight for energy and environment observers in 2024.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) has just published a special report which concludes that Brazil has the potential to lead the global dialogue on energy and climate. According to IEA, Brazil has the cleanest energy mix in the G20.

At the same time, energy economists will meet to discuss clean energy transitions in Brazil, Latin America and the world: the 9th Latin American Meeting on Energy Economics (ELAEE) will be held in Rio from July 28.
