For brave builders, that took an unequivocal decision to build a startup

In the beginning, 3 years ago, there was the idea.

This is is the story of an unsung war that led to the development of Averroes Software a solution that required a lot of blood sweat and tears and fun also.

Let's clarify something at first, building a startup that provides real value is an incredibly challenging endeavor.

You will get the feeling of passing Hercules trials as the number of impediments grow every day, the challenges are so many and just to name a few:

1. Convincing and engaging partners.
2. An everyday engineering riddle.
3. building with empathy having an always customer-centric approach.
4. Managing and engaging your talented team.
5. At first Founders and Marketing are the worst enemies and it is strange how it escalates quickly to be a beautiful yet expensive love story. Marketing adores a lavish lifestyle so be prepared.
6. Last but not least is Financial exhaustion.

So the question is: what makes you continue building?

The simple answer is: I don't know.

An inner flame ??, that keeps burning and resists all fears, deceptions, anxiety, and bad days, veeeeery bad days.

The life of a founder is full of skepticism and navigating ?? against stereotypes, fighting daily negative messages from daily negative people.

But also full of support from rare supporting people that ease your pain and make your life better.

I want to thank my partners, that believed in the idea from its genesis to its going live.

I want to thank all the team, that was engaged body and soul and helped solve and continue to solve all the problems along the way.

I want to thank members of the family, friends, and everyone that helped us to fight this long war.

This is not in any shape or form an end, this is just the beginning of a new long chapter.
