What I learned from my 10yr old about remote work

Earlier this week I received yet another wake up call that I truly "know nothing John (E)" from my soon-to-be 10 year old daughter.

While I believe we have a pretty good handle on remote work here at RallyBright, after all we're advising customers on how to strengthen their teams during this time and we're fully remote, it always makes sense to increase our aperture and learn from those around us.

So after setting up a the ability for my daughter to "give a presentation" on the family room TV, my mind was blown. In 5 slides she summed up how she is adjusting to her "new normal" and the advice she would give to others.

And once I picked my jaw up off the floor (or couch), I also realized there are some key lessons here for all of us. Please enjoy, and let me know your favorite :)...

Great lessons from your daughter ... after all they're the digital natives! What are we doing, trying to figure this out ourselves?!!
