BRANDING VS ADVERTISING

BRANDING is?an intangible marketing or business concept that helps people identify a company, product, or individual. People often confuse brands with things like logos, slogans, or other recognizable marks, which are marketing tools that help promote goods and services.

ADVERTISING is the techniques and practices used to bring products, services, opinions, or causes to public notice for the purpose of persuading the public to respond in a certain way toward what is advertised.

Branding starts when a new business concept arises as company owners choose the symbols and names to be associated with the brand. This is crucial since it can make or break the new business concept. On the other hand,?advertising is more concerned on how to convey the brand to the target consumers

Branding?allows you to build relationships with your audience, which can eventually turn them into loyal customers. Advertising is introducing your business/product to a wide range of people hoping to reach your target audience.

Branding drives the style and direction of advertising campaigns. It is the basic rock foundation before an advert can be put up. branding is what makes it easy for an advert to make sense to a viewer. For example, an advert about NIKE with just the logo already passes the message across.

In essence, branding and advertising steps apart in the business world but are both important in business and also in the total management of a brand, digital or not.?
