I recently came across a new book, Brand Identity Essentials, by Kevin Budelmann and Yang Kim, (Quarto Publishing Group). It's a wonderful resource for any of you looking to build brand identity through trademarked packaging and logos. These Northwestern professors have broken the topic down into 100 principles with lots of photos and information on both building and updating brands and marks. Although I do not know them, I'd like to congratulate the authors on providing a terrific teaching tool and reference.
