Brand Sprints as a team strategy tool
Yesterday we ran a cut-down version of the three-hour brand sprint for the culture department of Zug. This enabled the team to have an inspiring conversation about their long-term vision, their purpose, their values and their audience. Clarity around these fundamental issues was reached in under three hours, with every voice in the room heard, and every idea judged on its own merit.
