Founded in 2020 by siblings Niamh and Ruairi Dooley, BiaSol began as a lockdown project and quickly evolved into Ireland's first food upcycling brand. The duo saw an opportunity in the brewing industry, where spent grain—a nutrient-rich by-product—was being vastly underutilised. With a passion for sustainability and nutrition, they set out to repurpose this grain into high-fibre, protein-packed ingredients suitable for baking and snacks.?
