Business Administration & Team Leader Assessor Coach

Remote Position

We are delighted to be supporting a growing Training provider to hire an Assessor Coach?to deliver Business Administration & Team Leader Apprenticeship standards to a cohort of Apprentice's on a remote basis.

Our client aspires to be an outstanding training organisation as defined by Ofsted, but also as perceived by their employer clients and their learners. The reason they aspire to this is because they believe this is the best strategy for the company to be successful and grow into the organisation we want it to become.

Main Purpose

The main purpose of the post is to ensure the successful achievement of Apprenticeship standards and/or qualifications by learners. This will involve teaching and learning and providing pastoral support to learners through regular remote meetings, as well as by telephone and web-based communication tools.?

The postholder will be responsible for all aspects of a learner’s programme once they are engaged. Assessor Coaches will also be expected to play an active role in managing relationships with employers and identifying opportunities for additional enrolments.

Early Years & TA Apprenticeship Tutor

Based in Wiltshire

£29,400-£33,600

This is a home based role with bi-monthly visits to learners within the Wiltshire area, all delivery and teaching is done remotely via online webinars.

Our client share the belief that every child, regardless of their background, should benefit from an excellent education. To achieve that, we support and train the educational professionals who work alongside them to be the best they can be, so in turn, they can transform the lives of children and young people.

Main Purpose

We are excited to supporting a Norwich based provider of alternative vocational education for young people aged 12-19, to hire a Study Programme Attendance Officer.

Our client were established in 1965, originally as an accommodation project for the young homeless. In 2004 started to consider how preventative work for the less able could act as a means of providing opportunities that had passed them by.

We opened our vocational learning hub in 2012, providing an alternative learning environment for young people with few or no qualifications. We support those who have experienced problems in life and the traditional education system.

Main Purpose

  • To organise and carry out administrative duties relating to the Post-16 Study Programme
  • Our client recognises and specialises in supporting young people who may be disengaged from education and training and/or experiencing multiple barriers to successful employment and therefore considers the Administration Officer a critical part of the student’s programme.
  • To support all students in achieving their potential by taking a pro-active, enthusiastic and flexible approach in accordance with our client's ethos and operating procedures, policies and corporate strategy.

Core responsibilities

  • Completing contractual paperwork, including starter paperwork and leaver paperwork in accordance with ESFA guidelines.
  • To efficiently complete inductions for new students and the timely processing of enrolment paperwork in accordance with ESFA guidelines.
  • Monitoring students’ progress and achievement whilst on programme, and tracking progression upon completion, to monitor success rates of positive destinations over a six-month period.
  • Tracking attendance, contacting students, parents and professionals, and arranging attendance meetings.
  • General admin support including completing attendance letters, consent forms and logging information on our CRM system Arbor.
  • Filing, management of papers, and electronic documentation.

As Marketing Manager of Adult & Commercial you will be part of leading the marketing strategy and delivery for the college, delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet their adult and commercial programmes.

The Marketing Manager will leading on the development and implementation of the college’s higher education, adult, community and commercial marketing strategies. To manage and develop a best in class website and user experience and internal marketing service request function and process.

Main Purpose

This position’s main purpose is to work closely with the Director of Marketing and wider marketing team to develop and implement the college’s marketing strategy, act as their deputy where needed and manage the marketing campaigns, initiatives, communications and channels to support the college in achieving its reputational and recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities

  • To lead on planning, developing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve student recruitment targets for key responsibility areas, including:
