#stervosharing #sterveysharing #brandnew - best day!! Its almost coming to another end of the week... and we are going into the final weekend for February 2017!! How time flies.... :)
I enjoy today's sharing by Carl Bard as it is about mindset, attitude towards life, but most importantly, HOPE.
Most of us go through our daily life without the awareness and mindfulness of being alive. All of us take for granted that we will be Alive everyday. And we live our life just as we are..... what if you discover that you have the POWER to control and change our mindset and attitude now?
Start with Appreciation. How many times do we learn to appreciate little things around us or acts by people for us? To be appreciative means we need to be mindful & aware. Mindful that we can never turn back time. As such, there will never be ways to amend or improve from trying to correct our past. We can , however, take the past as a Lesson tgat we must acknowledge and to learn from. And that is how we can amend ourselves by being aware of our present action. To be in the present, we must be able to appreciate a blessed moment that we are alive every brand new day. Make changes here and we can determine how we like endings to be in life.
Follow by Forgiveness. Forgive who? OURSELVES!this is the greatest hurdle we all must learn to overcome. Do you know most of us had never been able to Forgive ourselves, our mistakes, our trespasses and pain we bring to ourselves. We are too afraid to know who we are and discover our true self..... most of the time, we feel great and 'almighty' when we can forgive others when they made a mistake or tresspasses our boundaries as it is an egoistic journey for ourselves in many ways. Of course, there are beautiful moments where reconciliation happens and our loved ones or family members and ourselves forgive each other and moved on. So, learn to forgive oneself so that we can release our past. By releasing the past, we have no 'baggage' carried on our shoulder. With lessen burden from our past - we can Focus on what we need to do in the present to determine how we like our endings to be.
Go with Gratitude. How gratitude can help us in this journey? This is like a journey of attaining an altruistic state for ourselves. In order to demonstrate gratitude, we must first appreciate. This means we must be aware and mindful about situations around us at the present moment. When we are aware, we can be thankful for the things that are happening around us at the present moment. We will be able to show gratitude for a new ending of our life.....?
