Brand Agency London home of global beauty brands Ciaté London, Lottie London and I Am Proud is implementing the use of generative AI across their marketing team. The business has utilised the model teamwide across the marketing, PR, and social media channels using it as a tool to help increase productivity and creative thinking across all marketing channels.


Through the introduction to the marketing channel, ChatGPT 4 was trailed and used to assist Marketing Managers with tasks such as campaign ideations using it as a jumping-off point in mind mapping sessions and exploring the platform when creating consumer profiling. The PR channel have utilised the platform to assist with drafting tactical product press release copy. The social media channel used the platform to assist with content calendar ideations, creating engaging briefs for content creators, research tracking trends and to draft captions that utilises engaging trending words and hashtags.

The key learning from utilising ChatGPT across the marketing team is that it can assist in tactical tasks and serve as a springboard when it comes to ideation. The Brand Agency London marketing team had success across the different marketing disciplines and found generative AI to be relevant to the brands.
