Brainstorming ORG Change Management at AustinCSI!
The global pandemic has definitely re-written our ways of thinking, living and working. Organizations of every shape and size have gone back to their drawing board to re-strategize their growth, operations and sustainability to stay relevant and are focused towards dealing with the rapid change coming up. As part of our continuous plan for personal and professional development, our AustinCSI team conducted an in-house Organizational Change Management workshop to understand how best to equip and address change for our strategic partners in unprecedented times like these. The session focused towards following topics:
- Digital Transformation: What it is and why is this a non-stop factor
- Change Management: What is it and why it is needed to stay relevant
- Best Practices: Designed Use Cases / Scenarios using Kotters and PROSCI models
- Change vs Value vs Project Management: How these capabilities and knowledge areas are interconnected and delivers business value
- Change Implementation roadmaps: How to best plan and align stakeholders to embrace and to become change agents
This was indeed a very productive session that was able to address many questions for our consultants who serve in the realm of portfolio, program, project management, as well as agile; and, how to best support AustinCSI’s strategic partners in their respective transformation journeys.
