• Drive Recurring Revenue We anticipate the use of our gamification and incentive model will increase our course completion rate, ten-fold over the industry standard, which will invariably result in an increase in repeat usage of the platform. We estimate recurring revenue to increase 6-8x as a result. This translates to better monetization for course instructors, encouraging them to create and broaden the content on our platform. This also maximizes the value to our course learners, who are opened up to greater diversity in course content, while gaining more and wasting less by completing course content.
• Reduce Costs & Broaden Content The use of AI also substantially lowers course creation costs, hosting fees, and maintenance. Brainedge will create 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) LEARN tokens at the token generation event as its distributable supply. The token contract will be created as a fixed supply contract. No other tokens will be created.

Token Buybacks and Deflation

Brainedge employs a token burn program which is funded by a portion of the platform’s profits. It does so in two ways:

• Token burn using collected fees A portion of the subscription, sponsorship, and other fees paid to the platform in LEARN tokens is burned on a quarterly basis
• Token burn through buybacks A portion of the profits earned from fees collected via fiat payments are used to purchase LEARN tokens on the secondary market. These tokens are then burned. Token burning is a deflationary mechanism and is designed to accrue value to the token ecosystem with each burn. The proposed initial share of profits allocated toward these programs is 50%. This percentage will be evaluated on a per quarter basis and is subject to change at any time based on the prevailing market and operational conditions.
