Braindrain

Over the last few years, the Spanish government has dealt with circumstances that have been a drag to?achieving?its goals. However, politicians keep congratulating themselves on the effort that they have put in so far. Recently, left-wing political parties such as PSOE have run the country, and Pedro Sanchez was sworn into office as the Prime Minister last year in a second term for four years more.?By the same token,?right-wing politicians rip into him because he has failed to reduce the rate of unemployment.?Over and above that, we?are going to?scrutinize factors that impact unemployment?data,?by?concluding, regardless?of whether right or left wings rule the country, citizens are enduring the extent of the damage from the peaks and troughs of policies.
One of the most significant factors with a negative connotation is the labour market. The lack of opportunities and collaterals is eroding our confidence and patience. The tight Spanish labour market?is needed?for better working conditions. That's why it's no wonder young people?are fed up?with politicians' promises who ask them to bear with the system. Reportedly, tens of thousands of young people?who are?fresh out of tertiary education have moved out of the country since?2013,?after hitting the ground running. In addition, the burgeoning number of people with degrees who have abandoned the country has been stubbornly high for the last three years. It's so excruciating to see skilled young making a living far away. Despite the Spanish government's efforts to pin them down and make a U-turn, try as they may, this trend is increasingly upward.?
This?braindrain?has two knock-on effects.?On one hand, the Spanish government?needs to?replace the lack of workforce as soon as possible, so they must win foreigners over to come here.?At this moment,?there is?a question?that?comes to mind,?who?would be willing to move to Spain? People?just?want to enhance their living conditions, so that's the point.?Spain must look at other nations where the population can't cope with ordinary scenarios.?Nations that push their societies to start from scratch?anywhere,?as long as they?have the possibility of increasing?their standard of living. As you can probably tell, South American citizens are a goldmine?to revamp?the Spanish labour market.?People who live in territories such as Brazil, Argentina or?Mexico,?don't just tackle a chaotic working sector, but they?also face an escalation in the number of crimes, famine and unrest. All the same, South American people dealt with both pushback from the Spanish experts and bleak forecasts some years ago. Several economic, health and law committees had approached?with?each other to discuss the dos and don'ts of validating tertiary education.?It's true that they have been awarded with?a degree, but?it's their understanding?that South America's educational system is more sluggish than it looks. Nevertheless, the Spanish government has been obliged to rethink these requirements due to the deep gap left by?braindrain. Nowadays, the demand to approve foreigners' qualifications is lenient. Otherwise, most experts stick to their guns?by thinking that?it is a pointless event.? ? ? ?
On the other hand, young people look for new opportunities far from their?home. Most of them leave behind the possibility of making their dreams come true in their own?country,?in the face of dwindling good positions.?
All in all, they go overseas eager to reach what looks impossible in their hometown. However, sometimes, reality can be further from the truth. Other cities offer?really?outstanding working conditions.?On the contrary, living conditions are?totally?different?to the point that?some of them?are able to?adapt to new environments.?Taxes, housing prices, and expensive day-to-day life expenses are the main inconveniences that prevent Spanish expats from achieving their targets. Psychologists state these factors do not go unnoticed?at the time of?making decisions.?It's so important that nobody is taken in by unreal vacancies.?It's so easy to dangle the carrot of remarkable jobs and?awesome?living conditions when you start standing on your own two feet.

In conclusion, in the first place, the young should trip over the same stone to keep an eye on all circumstances?that they are surrounded by.??
Secondly, the labour market is a long and winding road, so they must go?little by little?and take advantage of every opening.?They?have to?thoroughly analyze all situations?that?they can experience, even burning candles at both ends, doing overtime or putting in the?hours,??to double down and turn into experts as fast as possible.?Cutting corners is banned!
Thirdly, Never give up! It doesn't matter if some experiences don't fall short of our expectations, but these must give us a new boost. Don't let companies deprive us of our wishful thinking. Success turns up when needed most.
I wish any political party would stop?jerking around?and enact useful measures to?put an end to?this tight labour market.? ? ??
