Brain Power, focus and achieving! There is a relationship between the positive mental energy that pushes you towards your goal and the negative mental energy pulling you away from it, this is known as the Net Forward Energy Ratio.
The Equation is: Net Forward Energy Ration= Productive Positive Mental Energy (Can Do) /by Nonproductive Negative Mental Energy (Can't Do)
To give you a little background on nonproductive mental energy includes distractions, partial attention, too many priorities or lack of focus. Let's say you have a goal in mind, one voice 60% says, "we can do it", The other voice 40% says "No, we can't" or it can be 40% distracted by other priorities. Your net forward ratio is 60/40=1.5. Which means you have 60% thrust and 40% drag, you would have more thrust than drag, which means you will make progress towards your goal, but it will be a slow go, as your only 60% focused. To change this you need to change your system and infuse daily gratitude, performance quadrants, positive vibes, program the non-conscious mind, focus on your goal and limit distractions and doing this daily will change the ratios, the ratios can go up to 100%=Infinity. It's really easy to loose focus power which is why you need to have a good system that keeps you tuned in, tapped in, and turned on with positive vibes and energy flowing.
I would recommend testing the theory, add daily affirmation writing and affirmation reading to yourself and feeling each one out 5-15 mins a day, or all day long affirm "I enjoy my life" or "I Am Healthy, Wealthy and Happy", Give thanks, spend 5 mins a day in gratitude, thanks for life and all the magic around us. program the non-conscious mind - what you put into your psyche all day long affects it, but the most important moment is the last 5 minutes before bed, what are you thinking about?, what are you watching?, what are you stating to yourself?, meditation is a great source to put into your daily do's. Each time you find yourself in a distraction, remind yourself of the bigger picture...your goal.
Now, it's time to power up the focus and begin!
