Brain Fog? Try This!

“Clouding of consciousness” is the term used to describe such mental fog and typically occurs when we’re less wakeful or “aware” than normal. We might lose our sense of time, the perception of our surroundings, or simply find it difficult to pay attention.

Latest since Covid-19, longer-lasting brain fog has become a bigger issue. For some it’s due to related infections, for others due to coerced injections. And for most of us there is an understandable fatigue or vertigo trying to think clearly through the manipulative propaganda, hypnosis and information overload that happened.

When I experienced symptoms of brain fog, it was typically when I fell sick, had fever or food poisoning, was exposed to certain toxins, or had consciously opted for a detox or fasting regime to help my body get rid of the same.

Symptoms and Causes

Whilst brain fog can be an early sign of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, it isn’t actually a medical condition in itself. It merely refers to a set of symptoms that affect our ability to think, i.e.

  • difficulties in motivating yourself to “get things done” (e.g. procrastinating when a bigger/difficult or more important issue is in front of you);
  • forgetting things (e.g. an email attachment whilst sending a message) — when just a minute ago you were about to hit the attach button;
  • small concentration errors (e.g. typos in documents you’d not normally do, adding sugar instead of salt to a dish, etc.)

Forgetfulness, confusion and fatigue together with a lack of focus, clarity of thought, and difficulties concentrating therefore are the main symptoms of brain fog.

Perhaps the best way to describe the “feeling of fog” is probably that you’re not quite your “real” or “full” self at the time — which is probably where the saying “I am beside myself” comes from.

Next to the already mentioned causes above — stress, hormonal changes, diet, medications, mental health disorders and simply not enough sleep are the other major causes for brain fog, which is why perhaps it’s easier to avoid it in the first place rather than having to deal with its effects later.

The best thing you can do right now is simply to "Remember to Breathe".

Use Your Brain to Clear Your Mind

When you search the web you’ll find that apparently there aren't any known medications or treatments that correct brain fog directly and most articles suggest to improve your sleep, getting good nutrition and exercising 30 minutes every day, five days a week.

There is of course nothing wrong with this, but my personal view and actual experience with close friends and family is a little more nuanced. The first step to become “fog-free” is to realize what factors are (still) responsible for keeping the original causes of experiencing brain fog active.

With toxins that have been entering our lives from above and below in the form of food, water, air, “medicines”, clothing, packing, etc. for decades, anyone’s ability to think clearly would obviously be impacted over time. It’s just that some have higher tolerance levels and a bigger bandwidth to deal with environmental poisons than others.

The factors causing the fog to remain are linked to the physical domain and therefore we may need to use a physically more invasive approach to clear themas well — whether it’s in the form of a special blood cleansing mechanism, using Nutritional IV therapies (such as e.g. NAC, Glutathione), oxygen and ozone related therapies and/or medical laser therapy.

Of course with researchers constantly discovering previously unknown parts of the brain, there is also hope in finding new molecules and substances which can help dealing with brain related disorders. My personal opinion however is that most such research often misses an important point:

"Brain is the Hardware, Mind is the Software."

So in order to clear brain fog, we should look at both aspects of our human supercomputer — “the machine as well as the operating system”.

Clear Your Mind to Use Your Brain

Therefore, next to the physical domain, we shouldn’t underestimate the mind’s power to keep holding on to the clouds in our consciousness, whether we “want” it to, or not.

When we experience major emotions, trauma, or simply mood swings backed by strong feelings such as uncertainty or fear during a prolonged global panic attack, then these factors tend to linger with us, even if the moment has passed already.

"Both the memories in our minds as well as the memories in our cells keep the information of “being cloudy” active until we take conscious and decisive steps to clear and replace them with better ones." — Toby Ruckert

How to do that?

One of the reasons meditation is so effective to break mental fog is because it helps us to “shut down” our mind first, thereby allowing us to use our brains afresh.

Dr. Edward Bach’s flower remedies also provide a gentle day to day method by addressing 7 major moods which are often associated directly or indirectly with emotional templates linked to brain fog.

We also have to stop letting ourselves be bombarded with misleading information overload and the media’s panic attacks that got us into trouble in the first place.

Using the healing powers of music and sound are great ways to relax and “let go” of no more required sensations such as heightened alertness, constant preparedness (for what?) and uncontrollably reacting to the outside influences in our lives, driven by factors beyond our control.

But the very real secret when trying to clear brain fog in a simple manner lies in using a very particular frequency in the form of light and/or sound waves.?

What Frequency is that?

This unique frequency is very well researched and over many years has proven its value, even in severe medical conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease (“AD”).

AD is a neurodegenerative disorder that affects millions of people around the world, and is the most common cause of dementia, accounting for 60-80% of cases with symptoms including memory loss, difficulty with communication and daily activities, and changes in behavior and personality. AD has the medical world worried also because it could turn out to be of infectious origins (or forms thereof be transmissible).

Whilst the use of sound (or light) waves to treat AD is still in the research stage, the promising results and non-invasive nature of this treatment makes it a very appealing option not involving medications or surgery, as explained during the following Ted Talk in greater detail:

I've shared further research, the pure tone frequency file, how to create it and the best ways to play/use this knowledge on Modern Times Opportunities where I would love to welcome you as a premium member, happy to answer any questions you may have about this subject.

My very best as always,

Toby
