Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part11-26

As I was speaking about the consciousness definition as per shastra or natya shastra which is explained in cryptic terminoloty, let us try to understand the very functionality fro the sdcientific and medical terminology and what are the kinds of practices that a normal human being does :

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part11

Consciousness and its activities

* Generates bodily feelings and emotions based on thoughts

The thoughts that you sow are seeds for the feelings or emotions that are evolved or evolving at the conscious and subconscious state of mind. However as I said, the thoughts are to be positive and they needed to be more clear. One needs to have clarity of the thoughts as they evolve keeping in view the far sighted vision. Meaning what is that you want to achieve or what is the end goal or what is end output or what is end result that?you are looking for.

* Generates bodily feelings due to direct unconscious perceptions.

The moment these feelings or emotions start evolving that’s when the birth of the perception starts to generate in the mind at unconscious level.

The human brain is so complex that, it has everything stitched in itself. One needs to tame this right through. However one needs to have that clarity in the mind first. That is one reason why pancha gnana indriyas and pancha karma indriyas controlling is important in one’s existence on this earth. Yet again all of us know this. But we do falter in this and just keep the numbers adding to the human body. We knowingly at times ignore this point. At times we unknowingly do it.

The conscious mind averages only?40 bits of information per second!. Approximately. Remember that conscious mind cannot take too many messages. It can take one at a time. As it does not know anything except for the message it has received.

The conscious mind is volitional. It is the part of the mind that sets goals and judges the results. It is able to think abstractly. For example, “wealth or happiness” are abstract thoughts/words that could mean very different things to different people. The conscious mind thinks in terms of past and future, rather than the present. We need to be clear with our instructions when we are passing on to the mind. This is where all of us commit mistake. One needs to really think, make sure that you are not sending abstract message to the mind.

The subconscious mind processes at 4?Million bits per second on average!

The subconscious mind has quite different characteristics. It is the part of the mind that handles all the habitual stuff, here?the body functions like heart rate, breathing, digestion, our learned body movements, and all other habitual activities we do come into picture. These happen by default. Whether you give or not. The extra information or actions that we do over and above this is what makes it to?being habitual.

“Consciousness allows us to plan activities and to monitor our progress toward the goals we set for ourselves. And consciousness is fundamental to our sense of morality.”

?The seven levels of consciousness which make up the path of spiritual development, are:

1.???the state of waking consciousness;

This is the state where the individual starts to think and feel the very existence of the happenings. Thus creates that blue print in the mind. Then starts to do that deep meditation respectively on the same. In fact if we see in the meditative and yoga or samayoga state we as individuals start to think and feel the same. This after some time starts to manifest in itself. Today the individual is so indulged in the day to day affairs is that is not able to tame this primary point. If an individual is able to create a structure of thinking in the primary stage itself. The results would be really beautiful. However due to stress / strain / pressure he or she is undergoing, the individual is not able to tame this primary aspect. This is where the yoga and meditation plays a key role. That is one reason why if we see, our ancestors were hale and healthy. They used to take some time out of their daily duties respectively and practice yoga and meditation. The point is the waking state of mind is always empty. It is filled with thoughts. These thoughts are to be more of a positive one. For this while practicing or doing meditation the gurus tell to chant omkara manthra which gives that power to tame the awakening mind.

2. deep sleep;

The deep sleep aspect is one of the vital point again. Once we are able to tame the waking conscious, here we have to make sure that we are on a consistent basis practicing it. This gets recorded in the deep within the mind state. Even while sleeping or taking some rest the mind thinks about the same thus our mind is in peaceful state . However here again one needs to be careful while navigating through the thoughts that arises or comes. The point is one needs to understand a point here is that, thoughts needs to be channelized. It is the discretion of the individual to assess whether it is right or wrong. Today the individual is not able to understand the same. That discrimination is not happening in the mind as to what needs to be thought or what needs to be removed respectively.

3. dreaming;

This is where the manifestation process starts to happen. However if we are thinking negatively which is sowed in the mind during the state of waking or when not in sleep state. Which is meditated upon respectively. The same thing gets to the state of deep sleep. However in the dreaming state the action plans or real movie starts playing itself, thus the individual starts to see the same result as outcome. So one needs to be careful enough at the very first stage to?as to what are thoughts seeds he or she is sowing during waking state.

4.?transcendental consciousness;

This is the state where the manifestation starts happening and output of the thoughts is realized. This is a kind of state where waking/deep sleep / dreaming ‘s results come out. Now most of individuals do not take proper care in the first three stages. And do the reengineering of mind in the transcendental state. However it would be too late for anyone to do those corrections in the transcendental consciousness state. Here there is a chance for correction, yet again one needs to start from the

This beginning of the?process.

5. cosmic consciousness;

is the state where not everyone gets to however one needs to develop that positive mindset in the initial stage itself. However here is where the guru’s intervention requires. The above levels can be tamed by any means. This is the advanced stage not everyone can really reach to. Except for a few. Only exceptions reach this level.

6. god consciousness;

Here is where the individual starts to realized he is one with the universe and multiverse. Though god and unity consciousness are the same. Yet again not everyone can reach this level.

unity consciousness.

Consciousness and its attributes

Full-Spectrum consciousness

When you reach the latter years of your life, you may be fortunate enough to have learned how to master every stage of psychological development—your ego needs and your soul desires—and you will be able to operate from Full-Spectrum Consciousness.

When you are operating from Full-Spectrum Consciousness, you can respond appropriately to all situations that life throws at you with inner calm—without fear, upset or anxiety. Individuals experiencing. People operating from Full-Spectrum Consciousness display the following attributes:

  • They master their survival needs by staying healthy, looking after their bodies and their financial security and keeping safe from harm and injury.
  • They master their relationship needs by building friendships and family connections that create a sense of love and belonging.
  • They master their self-esteem needs by building a strong sense of self-worth and acting responsibly and reliably in everything they do.
  • They master their transformation needs by having the courage to embrace their authentic selves; living their values and managing or overcoming the fears that keep them focused on their deficiency needs.
  • They master their internal cohesion needs by uncovering and embracing their soul’s purpose, expressing their creativity and thereby finding meaning in life.
  • They master their making a difference needs through actualizing their sense of purpose and leveraging their actions in the world by connecting with others in unconditional loving relationships.
  • They master their service needs by devoting their life to their sense of purpose and making a lasting contribution to well-being of humanity or the planet in service to current and future generations.

The consciousness and sub consciousness?has the following attributes as stated below:

1)?????The same infinite Self conceives within itself the duality of oneself and the other.

2)?????The body can neither enjoy nor suffer. It is the mind alone that experiences.

3)?????The intelligence which is other than Self-knowledge is what constitutes the mind.

4)?????The absolute alone exists now and forever. When one thinks of it as a void, it is because of the feeling one has that it is not void; when one thinks of it as not-void, it is because there is a feeling that it is void.

5)?????All fundamental elements continue to act on one another – as experiencer and experience – and the entire creation came into being like ripples on the surface of the ocean. And, they are interwoven and mixed up so effectively that they cannot be extricated from one another till cosmic dissolution.

6)?????The entire universe is forever the same as the Consciousness that dwells in every atom.

7)?????The five elements are the seed of which the world is the tree; and the eternal consciousness is the seed of the elements.

8)?????Cosmic consciousness alone exists now and ever; in it are no worlds, no created beings. That consciousness reflected in itself appears to be creation.

9)?????This consciousness is not knowable: when it wishes to become the knowable, it is known as the universe. Mind, intellect, egotism, the five

10) great elements, and the world – the innumerable names and forms are all consciousness alone.

11) Consciousness is pure, eternal and infinite: it does not arise nor cease to be. It is ever there in moving and unmoving creatures, in the sky, on the mountain and in fire and air.

12) Millions of universes appear in the infinite consciousness like specks of dust in a beam of light. In one small atom, all the three worlds appear to be, with all their components like space, time, action, substance, day and night.

13) The universe exists in infinite consciousness. Infinite consciousness is unmanifest, though omnipresent, even as space, existing everywhere, is manifest.

14)?The manifestation of the omnipotence of infinite consciousness enters into an alliance with time, space and causation. Thus arise infinite names and forms.

15)?The lord who is infinite consciousness is the silent but alert witness of this cosmic dance. He is not different from the dancer( the cosmic natural order) and the dance(the happenings).

Consciousness and its features

?

Now let us see the features of the conscious?and subconscious :

Conscious:

* Awareness of sense perceptions

Perceptions are always vivid and wide in nature when it comes to understanding of the real meaning. They vary from person to person. And it on how the individual takes that literal meaning. However today the perceptions very definition or the meaning is changing in itself. Why is that one is adding the sense to it. There is very bigger point that one should be understanding here. The sense is talking about the sparsha aspect. Can this be felt. It has to be understood from the view point of bhava and anubhava as per spiritual and as per science emotion filled expressions and resultant output of the using of the emotions filled expressions. Now this is very easy to be understood. What perception you engrave in you subconscious mind taking control over all the senses, that resultant output you would be getting as a result. One has to be aware of what he or she wants or thinking of perceiving. The perception seed is sowed that sense of feeling starts developing in the form of?blue print.

* Awareness of stream of thoughts

What thoughts are we sowing is what matters as whole. One needs to really take deep dive to the thought process as an individual. Only then one can do that self interrogation. And what is the sequence of thoughts that are being developed as blue print in the conscious mind. At the end of the day the individual needs to really stream line the thought process. They will have to be constructive not a destructive. In case the thoughts are destructive the resultant output would be the negative impact as a whole.

* Analysis and negative feedback on actions or thoughts (no, stop, wrong)

Careful and detailed clinical structured analysis regards to the feedbacks on the actions or thoughts which an individual has had taken or is taking has to be done in the conscious state of mind. Today all of us are suffering due to the reason that we are not doing the clinical analysis. We just want to soother our conscious state of mind that our thoughts are pure and they have some rationale to the process of thought as a whole. Sad but truth has to be told. We are committing that mistake there. We?as individuals really need to have a close watch on the actions and thoughts. In case the conscious mind going in the wrong?and tangential direction, just remember these three friends who will come to your no don’t do this, stop doing this, and whatever you are doing is wrong. Do the right thing by correcting your thoughts and actions respectively.

* Rationalization thoughts for why you did something

Most of us don’t do this, including me as an individual on good activity or bad activity. As to why I did it?or what forced me to do that action. What was that one seed that got sowed in the mind which forced me to do it. If one can really think about the actions whether it is good or bad in the conscious state of mind, believe me you have one half the battle of the life toward near to better personality as a whole.

* Analysis or guidance of thoughts to do planning type activities

There are types of activities and as an individual it is his or her choice to guide the thoughts. Now how do you sow the seed of the activities as an individual to plan in conscious state of mind. This is where one needs as an individual to have disciplined thoughts pattern to create that critical analysis. The point is there will no guide to anybody. You are your own captain of the ship called body. The sheet anchor is mind having conscious state of mind. Here we need to critically analyse every aspect and guide ourselves on as to what is going to happen after this. After that what is the result. Basing on the resultant output plan the activities in the conscious state of mind.

* Training yourself how to do something new

This is something that one should be well accustomed always. Remember in conscious state of mind if you are thinking doing something new that’s, when you are starting to develop the constructive thinking and you are actually trying to nurture or till you land conscious state land in the brain Thus in this way you are training your conscious mind in a way.

* Directed visualization or memory recall

Why this directed visualization or memory recall is important, here if one can connect the dots of the activities taking backwards, it would really help the individual to channelize the thoughts of the individual in right direction. However not all of us do it. Instead we feel bad over the past incidents by visualizing and thinking that if we had done like this we could have got that or like this. Instead do a root cause analysis and see where mistakes have had happened thus do the corrections if needed at conscious level.

Consciousness and its functionalities

Subconscious:

* The execution system for driving 99% of activity

Once we have very clear thoughts engraved in conscious state of mind, here come the subconscious state of mind where the execution of the activity takes place. Meaning the seeds start to sprout and the resultant output will start evolving as a result. Though it is stated as 99 % I would say you would get that 100 %resultant output as a result of the execution in case done with a strong conviction, diligently with pure heart and pure mind. The resultant out is for sure.

* Direction of awareness.?e.g. eye drawn to movement

Here is where all of us again fail. Meaning we get carried away. We need to check the awareness ‘s direction that is travelling meaning, how is the thought process pattern. Is it going wrong in any ways. Or the movements of the activities are going. Here is where the five sense or pancha gnana indriyas play a key role at subconscious state of mind. One needs to really have that close eye on the direction that awareness movements are going.

* Source of stream of thoughts

As in the conscious state of mind we need to check from where the thoughts are streaming. And what is the channel. Is it coming from good thought process or bad thought process. Here if we see once this is coming with the negative thought process, we can correct with immediate effect. Let’s say we realized it very late that the thoughts movement is going in wrong direction. There is nothing that we can do about it. Only thing that we can do is we could change the direction for the next that comes in subconscious mind.

* Source of innate and instinctive behaviours

Innate and instinctive behaviour is something that has to be tamed. Today if we see, most of case or atrocities are happening due to innate and instinctive behaviour of the individual. How do you tame the innate nature, here one needs to think before he or she acts or does the activity. Not everyone of us realize this. We think we can act anyway we want to. But believe me these turn out to be the instinctive nature. Which starts developing?as a virus in the individual, which in the end leads the individual to bad instinctive nature. So try to develop the those positive innate qualities to develop the positive instinctive behaviour in the subconscious state of mind.

* Source of stream of undirected visualization - daydream, dreams, etc.

Once we have a clear vision and having a strong focus on achieving the goal and aim. And we have clear cut path drawn ahead of the game plan. Start to manifest in the subconscious state of mind to see that vision. And stay focused. If not today someday you will realize that dream as a whole. One needs to first have clarity of thought created in conscious state level, then start visualizing it as daydream, or start dreaming as if you are achieved and you are seeing that success in the subconscious state of mind. Believe me you will get that result.

* Automated regulation of bodily functions

How do you automate the bodily functions, it comes only with the practice, perseverance, meditation, and other practices. Once we are clear with the thoughts at conscious state, it is the responsibility of the individual to make sure that he or she on a consistent basis creating that emergence situation like that of automated robot taking the clear instructions. From the medical terminology if the body automatically does the actions needed when required which is what is meant here.

* Base level awareness (waking up due to pain or noise)

Our human existence is such that it is prone to pains and unwanted noise that exists in multi universe which on a consistent basis, disturbs you now and then. Like stopping you from the focus point. Now the pains and external noises like you cannot do this do that, or further putting you down?from getting further in your endeavours that you have thought about. This is one part that one should be maintaining that balancing act as a whole.

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part 16

Consciousnsess and its gensis :

What is consciousness and subconscious state of mind and what is the need for this to be tamed?

“A question is better than an opinion or affirmation for finding creative solutions. Positive affirmations can be very effective for changing the programming in our subconscious, but it does send the command to do anything : to search and connect”

“The part of the mind that mediates between the conscious and the unconscious and is responsible for reality testing and a sense of personal identity.”

“During sleep, new synaptic connections are formed, and old connections are ‘cleaned up’. This can allow you to see patterns where none existed before.”

"Through your autonomic nervous system, [your homeostatic impulse] maintains a balance among the hundreds of chemicals in your billions of cells so that your entire physical machine functions in complete harmony most of the time."

“Your mind is constantly filtering and bringing to your attention information and stimuli that affirms your pre existing beliefs (this is known in psychology as confirmation bias) as well as presenting you with repeated thoughts and?impulses that mimic and mirror that which you've done in the past.”

“During this awakening cycle it is possible for individuals to stay in the theta state for an extended period of say, five to 15 minutes — which would allow them to have a free flow of ideas about yesterday’s events or to contemplate the activities of the forthcoming day. This time can be extremely productive and can be a period of very meaningful and creative mental activity.”

?

?Brain is a vastly interesting object which has both left and right side working parallelly. In fact, it is likely one of the most complex things in the universe where we see and visualize get mirrored in a way. However, the brain can ultimately be divided into two distinct yet connected systems: the?conscious mind?and the?subconscious mind these from the spiritual point foo view where we manifest and imbibe and add the data to the mind.

?

However this is for the individual as to what he or she used whether it is right or left. Normally if the left brain is used mostly they sound to be more intelligent. However here is where one needs to tame the mind or rather give the instructions as what needs to be done. For this the positive thought process has to be instilled in the mind. Yet this is not taught in the schools / college levels. This has to come naturally. This mostly depends on the upbringing and environment the individual is brought up. Today the apathy is that this is missing in the upbringing or orientation process in the schools.

The?conscious mind?is your logical mind, there are two reasons to this :

1)???One needs to give the instructions to the conscious mind considering the situation and thoughts he or she has sowed.

2)???Second reason being the what for or what is the statement of purpose of doing that actions. What is the motive? What is the end result of it is he or she thinking holistically. Here is where the individual needs to exercise or give the exercise to the mind to give that critical analysis to the activities he or she wants to do.

3)????It receives information from your five senses. It is where you think and rationalize. Logic rules the day in the conscious mind. However, the conscious mind does not control our actions. It just follows the instructions and create that blue print in the mind which the individual meditates upon there after. Thus one needs to be very careful when he or she is giving instructions or creating that image in the mind. Because the output depends on the what instructions you are giving. This is what really means taking the control over our actions.

4)???Our actions are almost exclusively controlled by the?subconscious mind. The subconscious state of mind is what comes the next stage.?Mind is largely ruled by emotions and instinct. One should not get carried away with the emotions or instincts that come to the mind. Need to understand why where and when did these activities started to evolve in the mind. Thus give that decision making in the mind.

5)????Its job is to help us meet our needs and urges: reproduction, food, thirst, safety, intimacy, and many others. It is a very powerful force. The reason is what we sow and what we are thinking, the end result would be basing on the same.

6)????It doesn’t reason or judge; here there is no reason or judgement act that happens, it simply acts, often commanding your actions. The reason is that the command is taken and thus done. So we need to be very careful with the thoughts evolving as a whole. You have to be very much clinical and calculative keeping in view what is the output you are aiming for.

“?Brain varies in its current level and type of activity, consciousness is transitory.”

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part 17

Creativity and its genesis

This creativity is vital.

It allows us to think from a different perspective and see what we couldn’t see before. How do you define the creativity . This can happen if you are able to tame the conscious and subconscious state of mind. However again as I say this cannot be taught or trained, yet again this comes only through the thorough practice and doing various exercises in the mind. Today this point is also missing from the individual. How can one really get to the point of sowing the seed of creativity. Following are the exercise that one should be doing right through the childhood.

Ask quality questions

Good questions invite action and expansion. The subconscious loves making connections and having something to do, and it loves?good?questions.Secondly, the focus of the question makes a difference. A big difference.

Get your ego to let go

Nap to release the ego

Sleep, perchance to dream…

Write your pre-sleep question down

Journal in the morning

Beautiful Mind

·????????Create a question.

What kind of question or questions do we really need to ask for ourselves, this again depends on how are you aligning or what is that you are thinking. One needs to think in a positive way and have that constructive thought process which has to be useful for the people / generations / young/ adults / aged and everyone. And come with the solution the same questions he or she is asking for himself or herself. This is very critical and most important point. It is very much vital to ask those kind of questions that are common. Here is where the higher intellect needs to be tapped. And this decides the course of actions or activities. This give that output one is looking for.

·????????Let that question resonate.

Make sure that the question that you are asking for yourself is resonating every now and then. Meaning that keeps your brain into work all the time. Ask that effective question to make sure that you are always on your toes towards creating that positive impact on the mind. Try to keep questioning till the time you are getting an answer. Though this has to be constructive.

·????????Trust your subconscious mind to come through for you.

All of us falter here, we have dual mind set, whether this will happen or not, what will happen if this is not happening. Just keep the belief system of the mind in such a state that you as an individual trust it. Never try have dual mind set. Just keep it a single mind set.

·????????Be ready and aware for the answer.

Get prepared to have an answer and that you are aware of. Meaning just don’t get surprised. As your thoughts are sowed you will be getting the same resultant output. Not any other result.

Promoting greater balance and cohesion in my mind is important to me, as is working smarter—not just harder—to create what I want.

?

Ask yourself:

Is this reaction I'm having or action I'm about to take really serving me?

?Here is where all of us have the misconception. We think that we did not get the required result. What happens during the course of action or reaction that he or she anticipates never thinks what is it going to serve as. Meaning we randomly and vaguely think of some action, start to create that blue print in the mind without thinking that if it is going to serve your life as a whole. This is what leads to desperation. And thus get to depression. Most of the successful individuals if you see, they decide in their conscious state of mind itself before hand and they assess then and on if it is going to serve him or her in long run. They decide both long and short run. This is what one needs to really be careful enough while thinking in the initial stages.

Ask yourself: What's this really about?

Meaning is do a critical analysis, let us say that you are thinking of becoming scientist, in which field and what field. What is the subject about? /?What is the objective behind having that thought process arising? Whom is it serving. Thus your mind gets clarity and thus the solutions start happening slowly and they are bound to happen. Today most of suicides or most of depression or most of discomfort is happening due to the fact that none of us are doing this critical analysis in our life in the initial stage by thinking what is this really all about.

Remind yourself that you can do hard things

This is one of the best pointer and motivational pointer which anyone can think of. Reason is if one is able to remind himself or herself that I as an individual can do any thing on this earth in subconscious state of mind. The programing of the mind will automatically take. However here is where the positive attitude / positive thinking seed is sowed in the mind. Always remember when we think of doing hard things then only he or she will be able to achieve his or her goals.

Just take action

Once we have thought, here is where the individual needs to take action upon. Just mere thinking / meditating / using techniques not only serves the purpose, but one needs to take action or start working towards it. This is where all of us fail. We just use the techniques, and light a lamp in the air and in the end we get nothing out of it. Though practically speaking what have we done?or what are the actions we have taken towards the implementation of the thought that evolved in the mind.

Part eleven of the subject :

How to Make the Power of Your Subconscious Mind Work for You

?“Standing on the bridge of our mind, taking control and trying to make all the decisions. Any problems or situations to be reviewed come here first to the bridge, and our conscious mind is very good at making those decisions. “

“our ego can be a little too full of its own importance and over eagerness to solve issues.”

?It often doesn’t notice all the possible solutions, or make use of resources better suited to finding those solutions. If we carefully read line by line here there are two things that came into the mind which are word “ego” and “bridge of our mind”. They really mean a lot, there have been many successful personalities who came and left abode till date. None of them really had the beds of roses life. Their success came after failures only. And they did not have ego in the mind, their thoughts at conscious and subconscious state were at a grounded state and realistic. This is the key to making a perfect decision making. When we stand on the bridge of the mind either of the sides have to be in equilibrium state. This could happen only if the ego is deleted from the mind. 99 percent of the individuals are failing for this very simple reason today.

It is not as easy as it is told, all said and done, yet again one needs to really have critical thinking and do a deep down analysis on the same.

Three-level mind model

  • Conscious?– defines all thoughts and actions within our awareness.?For example, the beauty and pleasance of the smell of a red tulip
  • Subconscious?– defines all reactions and automatic actions we can become aware of if we think about them.?For example, our ability to drive a car: once we get skilled we stop thinking which gears to use, which pedals to press, or which mirror to look at, yet can always become?aware of what was done once we think about it.
  • Unconscious?– defines all past events and memories,?though at times inaccessible to us no matter how hard we try to remember to bring things up.?For example, the first word we’ve learned to say, or how it felt to be able to walk on our own.

  1. Be willing to see the unchangeable change.?

Though we may create or envision many thoughts and their end resultant output. But nature has its on course of action. This is one thing that none of us can take control over. You will see many changes and reactions happening hormonally, as well as from the thoughts point of view. So one has to be really ready to see those changes. Mind you these changes which one sees are constant or have not been changed as the years and centuries passed by. If one thinks of changing then this thought has to be instilled in the sub-conscious state of mind. This is a very important point that everyone one us as an individual should be thinking.

  1. Give yourself permission to be successful.

What does this mean, the statement is telling surrender yourself to be successful in doing the job perfectly. Implement you ideas, thoughts from the positive direction. And attain that successful implementation of the thoughts and ideas. Just permit your mind to create that creative part. Give that small bit of space to giving permission for successful implementation of thoughts and ideas. Here what one has to be aware of is that make or bend your mind to be successful in implementing the thoughts and ideas that have had evolved in positive way. With out thinking of the result. Just implement and the result will automatically come. One?need not even register that thought in the sub-conscious mind.

“As the multiverse is created, the very definition of successful stays wide and large, it?has no boundaries”

  1. Don't allow other people's fears to cast shadows of doubt.

It is a statement in itself, understand this in deeper aspect, when someone does his or her job, everybody will be having their own doubts on will it happen or not. Though here the one who is doing the job or implementing or planting the seed of thought in his or her mind should have that single minded thought that yes I will , I can do, come what may. Let the people or society think what they want to. I am confident myself that I can implement or do this etc. This sort of affirmations one should be having in his or her mind. This is the only way one can tame his or her mind.

  1. Surround yourself with positive reinforcement.

Try to be in the company with the positive mind set of people or community. Mere registering of the actions or mere thinking in sub conscious mind is going to serve the purpose. One needs to really be in the company of the positive mind set of people. This is one of the very important aspect when anyone is pursuing. Training the conscious and subconscious with thoughts is one part and other part is how you are externally interacting, are they positive in nature or having the negative thought process. That is also one vital point.

  1. Speak your success as a present fact, not a future plan.

Start speaking the success in your mind which is happening and has had happened. You are enjoying that success. Don’t post pone it to future. Just keep it dynamic.

  1. Create a vision?space.

This means that create a some bigger space where you have enough of sequences that could be stored in the form of vision. Wipe out the unwanted vision of the life which do not make any sense. Just keep that is important. Throw it out of your mind. This is one other mistake that most of us do. We store that information which is not necessary in our subconscious mind, thus what happens is whatever important information we want to store in sub-conscious minds will be over written by the mind. There will not be enough of space to store that important information.

Different types of consciousness and its genesis

Apart from these they are dependent on the following three pointers :

?

  • The preconscious?consists of anything that could potentially be brought into the conscious mind.
  • The conscious mind?contains all of the thoughts, memories, feelings, and wishes of which we are aware at any given moment. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about rationally. This also includes our memory, which is not always part of consciousness but can be retrieved easily and brought into awareness.
  • The unconscious mind?is a reservoir of feelings, thoughts, urges, and memories that are outside of our conscious awareness. The unconscious contains contents that are unacceptable or unpleasant, such as feelings of pain, anxiety, or conflict.

The unconscious can include repressed feelings, hidden memories, habits, thoughts, desires, and reactions. Memories and emotions that are too painful, embarrassing, shameful, or distressing to consciously face are stored in the enormous reservoir that makes up the unconscious mind.

“Preconscious memories are not the same things as memories that are readily accessed, such as remembering your way home. They are unrepressed memories that we extract for a specific purpose at a specific time.”

Consciousness refers to your individual awareness of your unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations, and environments. Essentially, your consciousness is your awareness of yourself and the world around you. This awareness is subjective and unique to you.

Types of Consciousness

There are a number of things that can cause changes or alterations in consciousness. Some of these occur naturally, while others are the result of things such as drugs or damage to the brain. Changes to consciousness can also result in changes in perception, thinking, understanding, and interpretations of the world.

Some different states of consciousness include:

  • Dreams
  • Hallucinations
  • Hypnosis
  • Meditation
  • Sleep

Altered types of consciousness include:

  • Coma
  • Confusion
  • Delirium
  • Disorientation
  • Lethargy

sudden changes in consciousness might be a sign of:

  • Aneurysm
  • Brain infections
  • Brain tumor or injury
  • Dementia or Alzheimer's disease
  • Drug use
  • Epilepsy
  • Heart disease
  • Heatstroke
  • Lack of oxygen to the brain
  • Low blood sugar
  • Poisoning
  • Shock
  • Stroke

From the medical front :

a)Consciousness can only have biological value if it benefits the organism by changing its behaviour.

b) An evolved property of an organism can be adaptive as a result of changes to its body, or its behaviour, or both its body and its behaviour, that enhance the organism's ability to survive, reproduce, and perpetuate its genetic material through subsequent generations.

(1) contrary to one's intuitive understanding, consciousness does not have an active, executive role in determining behaviour

(2) consciousness does have a biological function; and

?(3) consciousness is solely information in various forms. Consciousness is associated with a?flexible response mechanism?(FRM) for decision-making, planning, and generally responding in non-automatic ways.

·?????????

?

Negative thoughts result from thinking patterns. The common forms of thinking patterns are as follows.

·????????Black and white thinking:?A distortion that makes you think if something is not all of what you want, then it is none of what you want. It is thinking that relies either on perfectionism or a total failure

·????????Magnification:?You imagine the worst all on your own. If you do not get your expected praises, you would spiral and blame yourself. Taking a problem and making it more serious than it is

·????????Filtering out the positive aspects:?Developing a habit of overseeing positive thoughts and only focusing on negative thoughts??

·????????Perceiving things negatively:?When you think of the future, it is always in an adverse way, and that makes you more upset?

·????????Blaming yourself for something not under your control:?This includes personalization or making things all about you in a negative way. Taking things personally and blaming yourself

·????????Overgeneralizing:?Taking one negative point and making it a truth for the entire life. This is an overthinking pattern

How positive thinking boosts your health??

·????????Boosts mental health:?If you think positively, you are less likely to experience?mental health ?problems. Your life becomes peaceful, happy, and stress-free. Positive thoughts keep?depression ,?anxiety , or restlessness at bay.

·????????You also live longer:?Positive thinking contributes to you living longer. People with an optimistic mindset have a longer lifespan than those with a negative mindset. This happens because a positive outlook uplifts physical and mental well-being.

·????????Positive thinking enhances the immune system:?A positive attitude helps you fight off illness. There is an intense connection between brain, behaviour, and immunity. People who approach life positively are less vulnerable to?immune diseases .

·????????Keeps heart diseases away:?Adding positive thoughts into your life reduces the risk of?strokes ?and heart attacks because you are stressing less about everything. When you have good thoughts, you eat healthy food and exercise properly. All this contributes to better immunity against?heart disease .

·????????Resistance to depression:?Depression is a serious issue. However, if you are a positive thinker, you can deal with problems optimistically. Yes, you feel down for some time, but your positive nature will always get you out.?

·?????????Healthy and glowing skin:?Your skin will look healthy if you follow a proper diet along with exercise. Having healthy skin makes you look fresh and young. This means positive thoughts help in ageing delays.

·????????Better resilience:?If you stay resilient, you can easily cope up with depression or?anxiety . You learn to deal with situations, even in the worst case. Positive mindsets bring out the best in you and make you believe that you can achieve your goals, making you less anxious and sad.?

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part20

Levels of consciousness

“The fifth level of human consciousness is about finding meaning in your life—finding what your soul came into the world to do. At this level of consciousness, the question is no longer “Who am I?” but “Why am I here in this body? How can I fully express myself?”

For those who do not feel a particular sense of purpose, this can be a daunting inquiry. For others, who are gifted with a particular talent, your purpose will be obvious. If you are not sure of your purpose, simply focus on what you love to do and pay attention to what is immediately in front of you. Whatever it is, do it to the best of your ability. Alternatively just follow your joy, develop your most obvious talents, and pursue your passion.

Many people do not discover their purpose until quite late in life. However, when they look back, they realize that all the twists and turns had a reason—to prepare you to give the gift you were born to give—to fully express your true nature. When you find your purpose, it may feel like something small, or it may feel like something large.

“If you follow the promptings of your soul you will find a sense of meaning and fulfilment in your life.”

Whatever it is, you need to recognize that it is what your soul came to do, and Your life will become a journey of synchronicity, constantly unfolding in front of you. Be assured, when you commit your energy to your soul purpose, all manner of unexpected events will occur to support you.

“Your focus on passion and purpose may mean giving up a way of life that brings you comfort, stability and certainty.”

?It may mean moving location, giving up friends, or risking your financial stability. In short, it may feel scary. But it is not something you should avoid. You will never be at ease with yourself—you will not find internal stability—if you do not follow your passion. If you don’t follow the promptings of your soul, you will spend the rest of your life feeling unfulfilled, depressed or living with regrets.

Level 6: Making a difference consciousness

“The sixth level of human consciousness is about making a difference in the world”

in your family, your workplace, in your community or nation, or in our global society. If you are a leader operating at this level of consciousness, you will realize that your ability to fulfill your purpose is strongly conditioned by your ability to connect with others and facilitate the work of those who support you. Enlightened leaders understand that it is through others—their followers—that they make an impact in the world. The more easily you can connect and empathize with others, the easier it will be for you to fulfill your destiny. Whether you are a leader or not, making a difference, always implies connecting with others in unconditional loving relationships.

Do you want to follow someone or want to be an example than becoming a sample piece which is thrown out when not in use. There is thinner gap between these lines. To become a follower is always as easy it is told. To be followed by others requires lot of efforts. And at times you may have to even loose yourself. In fact if we see the philosophers / seers / yogis / rishis and munis have lost themselves in the deep jungles. They hardly seem to be viewed now and then. They remain in solitude. They don’t speak much. They just do their work and go out from that place. Meaning disappear. They appear when the need arises.

They hold no worldly connections, they hold their own property that is their inner consciousness. They look like simple human being like everybody. Today I see that not every school / college or a teacher teaches this kind of thought. The schools /?colleges / teach only one thing that is try to follow others. What Is that uniqueness one should be holding. Though this has to be initially taught in the school called home. Then it should be coming to the schools / colleges. Today in the rat race where money has become a priority, they are missing on this. By the time the numbers reach to thirty five plus and above that’s when the individual realizes I should have thought about this when I was young. This is becoming ancestral cult practice in the present day society.

There is every need for everyone as an individual to understand this true nature. In case an individual is following or thinking on these grounds, believe one need not really get to face the apathy and troubles in life as whole. The point is this cannot be taught in schools or colleges, but this has to be imbibed by parents and grand parents respectively. This age old practice has to be deleted from the dictionary of the social cultural aesthetics.

Level 7: Service consciousness

The seventh level of human consciousness is about selfless service to the cause or the work which allows you to use your gifts and talents--the work you were born to do. You reach this level of consciousness when making a difference becomes a way of life--when you surrender to your soul. You are now fully imbued with your soul’s purpose and living the life of a soul-infused personality. You are at ease with uncertainty and embrace whatever opportunities come your way. You feel as if you are being guided by your soul.

What really this means and what it teaches as a whole. If you see if one is in the service path, he or she learns the ways and techniques for survival by learning the lessons, when doing the services. It could be any services. Specifically in the hospitals, giving food for the needy. Trying to uplift a down trodden individual and giving him the confidence that he or she can do wonders. Today the services that human mankind is offering is basing on the fact, what he or she is going to get after doing this?. Though I would say this is wrong practice. Out of my 25 to 30 years of journey where I have seen, that the younger generations are not realizing this.

This is the best part of the vedic education system where the individual is taught everything. Though during the tenure of 14 years of training. That is one reason why they can survive anywhere.

The point is this kind of thought has to be there in each and every one of us.

At this stage of development, you may find yourself needing time for quiet and reflection. You will be seeking the inspiration you need from your soul so that you can live and breathe your purpose every moment of your life. You will know when you are operating from this level of consciousness because there will be nothing else for you to do. You will not want to “retire” because that would close down your self-expression and take the meaning out of your life. What you previously considered work, now becomes your play. At this level of consciousness, you let the doing flow through the being.

Positive thinking and its importance

?

Positive thinking and its importance

?“Studies suggest the significance of positive thinking and how it helps the well-being of an individual. Psychological studies show positive thinking leads to improved health and wellness. Positive thinking benefits you in many ways; both positive and negative thoughts affect your brain differently.”

The reason for feeding the positive thoughts or constructive thinking process is to keep the mind neat and clean with zero negative thoughts. However it is not possible for the normal individual to really have that neat and clean mind. Reason being there is difference between the realized and normal individual?here. The one who has cultivated or fertilized with the positive seeds in so called mind, starts his or her journey very early a very small age.

The point here I want to stress upon is, it is the responsibility of the parents first to create that environment. On a consistent basis make sure that you are imbibing the kids with the seeds of the positive thoughts by narrating the moral based stories. Those stories which talk about the well being of the individual to have that near to perfect persona. If we take Ramakrishna paramahamsa?/ Swami vivakananada / namdev / tulasidas etc?to name a few, they did those penance and preserved through the process of keeping the mind in positive state with positive thoughts. However Ramakrishna paramahamsa was a born brahma gnani or divine incarnate. Ramana Maharishi the same case.

The point here is one should be learning the techniques they followed . The procedures they adopted . Try not to copy or imitate what they did.?It is a note and disclaimer. We cannot reach their levels until and unless you are brahma gnani or divine incarnate.

Today all the psychologist and the doctors related to brain talk about the positive thought process via counselling and give tablets as a part of sedatives. Unfortunately this does not help, it would rather create a kind of chemical reactions in the body which will allow the individual to stay positive till the time he or she takes tablets. This I am telling out my experience. I met a psychiatrist and he told me take tablets. Yet again things did not resolve. I adopted the natural process which involved doing yoga and meditation.?That’s when things worked out.

The point here is yoga and meditation techniques are the best for the individuals to grow positive. And what happens in the process of meditation and yoga?is it purifies your mind first by removing all the negative thoughts from your mind by zeroing the thoughts. Then your mind starts to analyse every bit of action internally to check if the mind is getting into the right direction or not. Then the individual ‘ s conscious efforts starts to fill in the positive seeds?in the mind at conscious state of mind.

Yoga is not all about the asanas and observing you breath so called pranayama, but it is all about how are you trying to attach yourself to the nature internally. However this has to be practiced by getting up in early hours when nobody is there. This gives that capacity for the individual to maintain that balance of mind to analyse what is right and what is wrong. That is one reason why if you see an individual who has been practicing yoga for years together to be in the calm state?at all times. Though today I see that all of us are having a wrong notion that we get immediate results when practicing yoga.?Though this requires lot of practice. The step by step process or what happens during the stage of yoga?is :

1)????First it creates a single minded attention to the goals and aims that he or she is thinking of. Meaning every individual has goals and aims right, it helps the mind to analyse how far they are realistic and, what is that needs to be done to rectify deep within.

2)????Then it first sows the seed of positive thought of thinking that you are existing every where, and you are not existing in the universe. This mind is empty with two constituents of conscious state and subconscious state. Then it slowly starts to tell the mind about what is the first thought, I am not this body, I am just a tool. Everything happens to the divine nature that is existing in the multiverse. I am the one with the multiverse. My existence and co-existence is based on the fact that I have a purpose that needs to be done. I have a responsibility to nurture with a positive thought by analysing what good I can do to the society. Thus so called mind starts to till the mind with positive seeds.

3)????Then slowly it goes further to the process where the mind starts to generate the ideas which come out in the form of output. It gives you the capacity to think if this is right or wrong. It helps you to understand if the ideas are right or wrong. And if they are going in the right directions.

4)????Then the final thoughts come out.

Now for all of this?to happen at a conscious state it needs some time. The time frame it takes is years years. It does not happen just like that in span of seconds.

For me it took around 30 years after spending hours and hours of practice at deeper levels.

Note and Disclaimer:

The process I said needs external exercises as mentioned and explained below. These the associated factors that also needs to be practised. This is what is true yoga practice. Yoga means?the state of body and its culmination with the multiverse.

So far I was speaking about the yoga, though both yoga and meditation go hand in hand. They have the same meaning, and their functionalities are the same. Yet again there is one difference between yoga and meditation which is applying that concentration on a focus point.

There are many ways of performing meditation, though let me explain what I did and probably this might be of some of help for the readers to get the gist of it.

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part 22

Positive thinking and its positives

Other proven health benefits of positive thinking are:

·????????Resistance to breast,?ovarian , and?lung cancer .

·????????Reduces risks related to?respiratory diseases .

·????????Enhances energy level.

·????????Offers a better quality of life.

·????????Better stress management skills.

·????????Ability to recover quickly from illness.

?

Positive thinking can lead to a lot of positive change in your life. Developing an optimistic outlook can be good for both your physical and mental health. But sometimes, certain situations arise in life that makes it hard to keep a positive outlook. Take steps to make positive thinking become more like second nature and you’ll reap some big benefits.

?

1.????Use affirmations.

2.????Positive affirmations are short, positive statements that you can repeat regularly to yourself or leave notecards around where you will regularly see them. They should be positive, in the present tense, and state something that you want. Keeping them brief makes them easier to remember and repeat. Try saying something to yourself such as: “I’m alive and well” or “today is going to be a great day!” It sounds too simple, right? You’d be surprised at how effective this practice can be in creating positive energy.

3.?????Remind yourself to focus on the good things, no matter how small they are.

Try attaching thought triggers to items you use every day to remind yourself of things that make you happy. For instance, you could change your phone wallpaper to trigger a memory of a certain place, put a sticker on your water bottle that reminds you of your favorite hobby, wear a bracelet that was given to you by your best friend, or even make the password you use everyday something that reminds you of something you are grateful for. Little triggers like this can build up over the course of a day and make a difference.

4. Do something nice for someone.

Don’t wait for someone to inject positivity into your day. Instead, take charge and create a positive moment for someone else. You will likely find that doing nice things for others can lift your spirits and be just as fulfilling as having someone do something for you. It doesn’t have to be grand, either. Just giving a friendly gesture to someone else as you pass by can make you feel positive. Since smiles are covered by masks at the moment, try waving, nodding, or simply giving a happy “hello” to a stranger.?(We are all going to get good at smiling with our eyes this year!)

4. Focus on the present moment.

Many times, we let negative memories from the past affect our current thinking. Or we let worry about the future affect how we are thinking about the present. Try to remove this worry about past and future moments and focus on what you can control right in front of you. Remember that nothing ever?happens?in the past or the future. Things?happen?in the?present. Each moment you are in, however small or seemingly insignificant, can be a positive one if you don’t let worry about other moments get in your way. If you focus on your present situation and what is affecting you right here and now, you might realize how unimportant some of the things you may have been worrying about are.

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part?23

Re-engeneering of the consciousness

?

?

How do you rewire your mind for success? The process is quite simple:

1.???Decide today what you want in life.

The life of the individual is not ruled by another person, it is him or her to decide what he or she is aiming for. None of the others influence would interfere in the individual’s mind set. This is what is uniqueness of the human mankind creation. Only thing what one can do is give the ideas or suggestions. It is on the individual whether individual takes which is more suitable for him or her.

2. Envision yourself as obtaining that goal.

What is envisioning, it is like creating a image in the subconscious mind that I want to be a speaker suppose. Here goal is to become a speaker. First create that vision deep within the subconscious mind that you are speaking. This is your goal that you give a guest lecture. Thus you envision that. Before that see what interests you. Is it that you want to give the lecture or becoming a speaker on philosophy. Envision yourself going through the scriptures and jolting out points in the book and speaking to various individuals for the same. Thus here you are actually creating that movie or sequence which forms as a blue print thus the things start moving accordingly.

3. Find techniques that work for you such as meditation and affirmations.

To get to the envisioning point you need to understand what are the means that I can see say meditations and affirmations like writing them down or reading daily when you get up or even 24/7. Techniques could be at different levels. It is on the individual to which he or she wants to adopt. One needs to really be critical and calculative keeping in view the output result.

4. Begin moving towards your goals, celebrating your progress along the way.

Create a sequence where in you are like achieved your goals, and just progressing your way. However here one needs to be realistic in his creation of the sequence of the events he or she wants to envision. Mind you the resultant output will be the same what he or she was anticipating.

5. Remember that failures are simply ways to learn, further teaching your mind to pursue success.

The creation of sequence of one part of application in the mind. The second part is getting prepared for both failures and success. Because you do not know if it happens or not. Yet again one needs to go with the positive frame of mind that it will happen and keep on focusing on the success sequence.

Once we?start?training?unconscious mind to support your goals and desires, we will be on the way to success. Our brain will start building new connections that empowers us to pursue your goals and the success path. There are two enemies in human existence which?fear and anxiety, once we start to exercise or do the drilling work of putting in practice these enemies?will vanish and replace with two best friends of the brain and mind, confidence and resolve. Remember that this must be a continuous process. There should be no stoppage or no breakage to the exercise. This has to be on-going process in the mind.

Brahmi to gupta to natya shastra part 24

Types of consciousness and their levels

“Two factors contributing to consciousness: arousal and awareness. In healthy sleep, arousal and awareness covary with the exception of rapid-eye movement (REM) sleep while in brain death and coma, arousal and awareness are not detectable. In the vegetative state (VS) arousal is preserved in the absence of evidence for awareness.”

?

Level 1: Survival consciousness

The first level of personal consciousness is all about survival. To survive, we need clean air, water and wholesome food to keep our bodies healthy and fit, and we need to feel financially secure. How you deal with survival situations as an adult depends on the conditioning you received as a baby. If you had difficulties getting your survival needs met—your parents ignored you when you cried, or you felt abandoned—you will be very cautious as an adult, you may also become a micro-manager because you feel that you cannot trust other people to take care of your needs.

Whenever you have anything that feels like a survival challenge, your fear-based limiting beliefs from childhood will be triggered. You may become anxious and emotionally upset. Your anxiety will come from the limiting belief that you will not be able to control your environment to get your needs met. If on the other hand, your needs were always met as a baby, you will be able to handle survival situations without too much stress. In this case, no matter what happens, you will feel confident in being able to control the situation.

How do you deal with these sorts of complex situations? The only solution is, at school levels and colleges there is need and necessity to teach this subject of survival of existence. There is every need for teachers also to get educated. This is where the Vedic education system holds the upper hand. The students were taught the survival techniques respectively. However today in the schools / colleges the things that are taught are apart from these. Getting percentage and focusing on the how become number one and topper. How to get the percentage so as to stand apart from others. This survival techniques is to be taught right from the age the kid is getting to the teens to my perception.

Level 2: Relationship consciousness

The second level of personal consciousness is all about safety. To feel safe, we need to feel loved and protected. We need to feel a sense of belonging. How you deal with relationship situations as an adult depends on the conditioning you received as a child.

If you had difficulties getting your safety needs met during the conforming stage of development, you will be suspicious of others as an adult. Also, if you didn’t feel loved, you may appear needy or want to be liked. Whenever you feel you don’t belong or don’t feel loved and cared for as an adult—your fear-based limiting beliefs from childhood will be triggered and you may become anxious or emotionally upset. If on the other hand, if you felt unconditionally loved as a child and always felt safe and protected, you will be able to take care of your relationship and needs later on in life.

Today the relationships are so sensitized that, we are seeing the breakups, divorces, and children not hearing to parents etc. This is all due to the fact that as an individual are centred not accept that others too have the feelings and emotions.

?Specifically this is happening in the parenting. What is happening is that, parents are trying to force the children by driving the thoughts of the ancestors and telling, we have followed this, thus you also need to follow the same. This should not be the case.

In the wife and husband, the feminine nature is trying to take the wrong interpretation of the freedom as a whole. And thus trying to overwrite the exact meaning of the freedom. Thus the clash between the husband and wife starts. Thus leading to the divorce due to lack of understanding. Normally if we see in the job environment, this is the same case. These if we can cover or fill the gaps believe me the world would be a better place to live. Unfortunately this is not happening.

Level 3: Self-esteem consciousness

The third level of personal consciousness is about feeling secure in your community. To feel secure, we need to feel accepted and respected by our peers and recognized by those in positions of authority. How you deal with self-esteem challenges as an adult depends on the conditioning you received as a teenager.

If you had difficulties getting your security needs met during the differentiating stage of development, you will lack confidence as an adult. Whenever you experience anything that feels like a self-esteem challenge—when you don’t feel good enough—your fear-based limiting beliefs from your teenage years will be triggered, and you may become anxious and emotionally upset. If on the other hand, you were acknowledged and recognized for who you were as a teenager—if you always felt accepted and had a good relationship with your parents, peers and authority figures—you will be able to handle your security needs later on in life.

This is one area where not all of us are equipped properly in a systematic way. There is no system and discipline in the thought process of the individual here. In today’s world if I see the individual is loosing his or her self esteem only because he or she is not giving that proper path or system laid down firstly secondly they are on the consistent basis infused and imbibed with the pre conceived notions and hereditary thought process.

The parents / schools / colleges?are making them robots with the wrong thought process and killing the natural intelligence. The end result would be like committing suicide or getting into habits or alternate ways. The need of the hour is to nurture the natural intelligence . Nurture by identifying the individual’s core strength areas. And try to exploit those core strength areas. See if you can help him or her to grow in that area. Give that small bit of space for growing. Yet again it is responsibility of the parents to look and see what areas or area he or she is good at.

Level 4: Transformation consciousness and Internal cohesion consciousness :

The fourth level of human consciousness is about finding freedom and autonomy. You will want to discover who you are beyond the parental programming and cultural conditioning you received during your formative years. At this stage of development, you will be asking questions such as “Who am I?” and “What is important to me?” Only when you find answers to these questions, will you discover your true (soul) self.

Fully expressing who you are without fear of what others may think or say, particularly your parents, peers, spouse and the authority figures in your life, gives you the opportunity to make choices that are more in alignment with who you are. The prize that comes with the pursuit of this self-understanding and knowledge is the independence and the ability to operate with integrity. When you discover and express who you are you can remove your ego mask and march to your tune, not to the tune that has been imposed on you by others.

I / me?are two dangerous letters in one’s life and they are the best friends too, in case used in a proper way. I need this. I am doing this. I am this?etc are the statements that triggers the negative transformation. In case the individual is able to instigate and investigate on who am I?/ what is that is there in me that had made me come to this earth. Why did I take birth / what is the purpose of my birth. These are some of the positive affirmations which a parent should be talking about with the children. Rather educate the individual in the respective topics. Instead today what I see parents / teachers / colleges / schools teach the definition of I and me in different way like :

I want to be a collector / I want to be rich / I want to be number one??etc.

What is the scope of orientation that the school is providing to investigate himself or herself. Today the suicide rates are more due to the fact that the individuals are not able to define the?letters “I and me”.

Ways to cultivate the positive thinking

?

The first thing I did was understanding the term yoga and its definition. What it does to the body. Then I learnt the techniques, thus I established the connection with the multiverse to get the chakras activated in the body. However here it took me around may be many hours to get to that state of mind. However then I further proceeded to the techniques of meditation which were :

Concentrating on the goals and aims I was clear with, then taking a mantra and chanting it for 108 times. After that I used to say for myself the positive affirmations before emptying the mind . Then I made sure that my conscious state and subconscious state of mind is empty without any thoughts.

?

????????????This state I continued and still continuing to this for a period of may be ten minutes. I initially started with 2 minutes then when on to do for an hour. However after practicing for almost 30 years now I reduced it to 10 minutes. And I continue the meditation process round the clock which subsequently?is?a recurring process. Though?I performed all forms of practices which were :

1)????Praying on the form nature of godly existence.

2)????The formless godly nature, imagining that supreme bliss light always glowing in the multiverse.

3)????And detaching my body while doing meditation and getting into the culminated state with the multiverse, meaning I being one of the units or one of the stars in the multiverse.

4)????Then getting into the state of mind where I leave this body which is having a structure, then imagining myself to be in the place where my divine conscious light which exists in everybody, whoever is existing in this worldly nature.

5)????Then this goes on for ten minutes thus this process continues for 24 hours a day.

?

For me to get to this nature it took around 25 plus years. However I learnt the art of

Being in the state of Samadhi which is still in process, even while speaking to someone. Though I may be speaking , but internally the process of meditation happens every now and then. Even during my sleep. Though I got this ability only after doing the penance at deeper levels.

The reason for giving all this information is that, I never used to be disciplined and had any kind of concentration point, I was wayward individual, but the day I got introduced to yoga and meditation, and understood the art of doing it, that’s when realized its importance. Today I see that not many of us are knowing about what he or she is doing and not many of us are understanding the true nature and purpose of our existence as a whole.

Though we may practice external factors, but they will stay in the mind and you implement it, yet again the individual is failing to get the resultant output. It is not only implementing the external factors as explained, it is as well the disciplined and structured approach of yoga and meditation practice. These practices also should be going hand in hand.

·????????A positive attitude towards life directly influences your body, both physically and mentally

·????????A negative thinker always focuses on the problem. However, positive thinkers aim at finding solutions to those problems

A positive mindset brings harmony and happiness. It also improves relationships and attracts success in your life.?To stay positive, you must work towards changing your mindset. You can make an enormous difference in your life by changing your thought, attitude, expectation, and approach?

·????????Positive thoughts expand your focus, and negative thoughts narrow down your focus. How do you develop these thoughts in the mind. Our body has a monkey mind. There will many thoughts that evolve now and then. They don’t stop their flow as a whole. Yet again there is always a challenge specifically for the 21st century really understand this. The point here is, individual is not getting time to think about this aspect in the current century.

·?????????All the individuals are getting succumbed to the situation where he or she is not able to spare that bit of time to think about this aspect. In my experience of 30 years, what I have seen is that we just think about it, but we do not act upon it.

·????????I personally had ignored during my younger days. Fortunately as I touched the numbers between 35 and 40, I seriously started to think about it. I made sure for myself to spare sometime for myself. Analyse what is happening with me, are there any corrections to be done. Though I did certain activities to have that motivation and positive attitude ever burning in my heart. Which I wanted to share in this article.

Current day challenges that the individual is facing due to the pressures that are arising are?:

1)????Unable to take pressures and the situations where the individual needs to take a decision, and unable to take the decision, he or she is either getting used to drugs or committing suicide for no reason.

2)????Getting into the false notion that, this is the way of life, unable to channelize his or her thought process in a constructive way and rather using in the destructive way by adopting the wrong means or short cuts.

3)????Unable to discriminate between what is right and wrong. Meaning not thinking from the broader perspective or long range thought process. The individual is having short term goals, and unable to achieve this he or she is getting into the depressive state of mind.

4)????Getting used to false livelihood, and thinking that this is real way to lead life. After some time he or she starts to think, I should have thought this way.

What should one do to cultlivate the positive thinking

?

Though practically I?have gone through this phase of life. I spent some time for myself and practically used the following methods to overcome these challenges which are as follows:

  • 1. Spend Time with Positive People

This is one of the very important point that one should be making in his or her life. The individual needs to be talking to positive mindset of people and try to understand their approaches. As a student I always used to be with someone who was really brilliant in their own fields.

?

Always used to speak to them when I used to get time. And closely observe their way of talking. Their understanding of life. Then jolt out the positives from the pep talk I used to have with these individuals. Today this exercise really helped me a lot.

?

?I never used to shy off myself to directly talk to them. Today the main issue is, an individual is having fear of thought what he or she will be thinking. Unfortunately that fear is the illusion that we always have in our minds. Just don’t fear to get introduced to the positive mind people.

?

There is no harm in getting introduced to the person. He or she may deny for the first time, but we need to create that situation by saying hi and hello thus strike the conversation.

?

This has to be taught by the parents to the kids during their younger stages. This is one very important exercise that one has to do for developing that positive attitude in oneself.

?

??????????????????You’ve likely heard that we end up being?“the average of the five people we surround???????????????????????????????????ourselves by,”?or some similar adage over the years. While it may be dangerous to make such concrete conclusions about your own character based on who your friends are, we can still use this principle as a guide to create healthier environments for ourselves to harbor positivity.

?Ask yourself: Does this person lift me up and support me? Or do they put me down to make themselves feel better? Sometimes the answer may be harder to discern than you’d imagine. Seek out people who support you and lift you up and then do the same for them.

The more you hear positive thoughts and outlooks from those around you, the more likely you are to have your ways of thinking impacted.

Even if you can’t put all of these tips into practice immediately, try one or two. Positivity tends to compound over time.

Think of each little step you make towards changing your mindset as being a drop of fuel in your tank. Even if it’s not full, it has the ability to get you to where you need to go.

?

  • 2. Take Responsibility for Your Behaviour

Behaviour of the individual says it all about the individual personality or persona. This is what is called as the conduct. This cannot be taught in schools / colleges. This only comes from the upbringing, and habits he or she is carrying deep within.

?The point here is that, today’s generation is getting carried with the media’s false presentation of the life as whole. This is in fact?impacting every individual. The kind of exposure that today’s individuals are having we never had when we are in schools or colleges. They are using the media and technical advancements in wrong ways.

Here is where the parent’s thought process comes into picture. Right from my childhood I always used to think when will this society learn or understand the true meaning of behaviour.

I have had come across some situations where I had seen the other counter part behaving selfishly?for his or her work to be done regards to work. And I had seen some of them talking rudely though the mistake is not there.

Today this is one thing that we are not able to change. It has become a culture.?One needs to be taught about the behaviour of the individual right from the kid’s stage. And be told that we are only responsible for our behaviour not anyone else.

?If this subject is taught by the parents during the age of 2-10, then this can be fixed.

  • 3. Contribute to the Community

This is very important aspect of the very human existence which one is missing upon, be it research scholars or any individual. The current generation needs to understand the practical importance of this.

We are thinking of ourselves than thinking what we have given to others for the very existence as oneself. If we see and dig through the ancestors, they have done small things like guiding others, or helping the needy in giving the free food.

?Though here one needs to do without anticipating anything from the counterparts. This is because, if we serve others, we get ten times than what is expected. I am telling out of my experiences.

I always use a statement “stay blessed and have a blissful life, may the guru’s grace be with all”, this is one thing that is saving me today. Believe me if we give or contribute to the society in any form, it is definitely going to pay you back.

This is one important activity that should be taught to the kids right from their childhood. I know a few of the friends who have been doing this without any break till date. They are not having any difficulties to this day.

Teach the kids and for the individuals if they are contributing without expecting anything believe me the kind of happiness you get out of it is enormous.

  • 4. Read Positive and Inspirational Material

Today in the social media I see many insane videos and insane thoughts that do not make any sense. In fact they give rise to the negative thought process in the individual’s mind and in fact it will take them to a state where they cannot decide what to do after a point of time.

They pass their time out by watching the stuff that gives them enjoyment for small moments of time. And think that?it is going to serve them in long run. This is wrong way of thinking.

I often watch those videos that gives some message as moral. And the inspirational talks, believe me it helped me a lot. I was depressed with lot of turmoil, then I started to watch inspirational videos, and read that material which had positive message at the end of the story. And made sure to watch it whenever felt depressed.

To this day I do it, believe my mind is filled with positivity. I have been practicing this for a long time. I am still doing it. The mind needs to have the positive messages getting dumped. This has been proven by the medical practitioners too. This is going to give those positive vibrations holistically.

Though you may face practical difficulties, keep on watching that has positive message as moral and watch inspirational videos. Someday your mind will have only positive thought processes overflowing.

  • 5. Recognize and Replace Negative Thoughts

How do you recognize and replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, it is only possible if you are watching or doing something constructive not the destructive activities. Say you are serving the poor and needy with the food they need.

This is one good thing that you are helping the starved stomach with some food you can. It could be small, after you serve the poor and needy, the blessings you get from them will give you satisfaction which is worth million rupees. This removes the negative energy from your mind and imbibes the positive vibrations in the mind.

I did this and have been doing to the best possible. Though I faced issues, everything went of just like that and there was a solution readymade to overcome that situation.

For that one should start to see positive thoughts videos or read the content that gives the positive messages. This in turn triggers your mind to think in that direction.

As you practice this way, the whole negative thoughts will vanish from your mind. In fact they don’t come. In case they comes also, the mind warns you telling that you are doing wrong and you are going in the wrong direction. Thus the negative thoughts will be deleted.

What happens is your mind will tell you this right and this is wrong. It gives you that thinking capacity to discriminate between what is negative and what is positive all times.

?

  • 6. Establish and Work Toward Goals

One needs to have clearly defined goals and aims. Both short term and long term. And they have to be realistic in nature. Thus your mind will start to think in the angle of constructive thought process.

The mind will not allow you think in negative aspects. Here is where the kids and individuals needs to be guided be it elders / parents / teachers or guru.

Try to establish that positive connection towards achieving the goals and aims. Thus you will be away from the negative thoughts arising in your mind. Today the schools and colleges are not teaching these. In fact they are producing the robots.

They are killing the natural intelligence. Out of my experience speaking to the current generation kids, I see that 7 out of 10 numbers of kids do not know what really goals and aims are all about.

?And what is the difference between these two. Some of them say they want to do graduation for the sake of getting the job. None of them are able to have clearly worked out goals and aims. What happens is these individuals after sometime blame the situations.

The goals and aims of the individuals have to be clearly defined and then have game plan to achieve it. This is a step by step process.

Write them on a black board or board or remember your goals and aims 24 hours. In your sleep also you keep them in the mind. Record them, listen to the goals and aims you have thought every moment.

?Thus the mind will establish that connection and sync with the goals and aims the individuals have thought. They will achieve it at any cost come what may.

In fact I have been practicing the same and till date to this day I consistently remember my goals and aims, in my sleep,?in my dreams, every second I am living.

The results will be great.

  • 7. Consider the Consequences of Negativity

Though people say that one should not be thinking negative, yet again one should be thinking both negatives and positives at the same time.

Here thinking negative does not mean you start you job with the negative thought process. But have that positive approach in doing the job. This will help the individual to make sure that he or she is well prepared for the plan be, not getting dejected or feeling depressed of not getting the out result he or she has thought or have absolute clarity.

There is a catch to this, which is the job has to serve you as well as the society or the individual whom you doing the job. There has to be a value add for the work you do. Though keeping in mind the point of negative aspects too in order to be ready to face the situations?and start with plan b.

  • 8. Offer Compliments to Others

Complimenting or giving the blessing or giving the positive messages to the people will always be beneficial to the individual in his or her long run.

The reason is, here you are thinking of good of someone who was benefactor for your successful output result.

Not only that the moment you give your blessings or giving positive messages helps your mind to have that positive mind set ever burning.

  • 9. Create a Daily Gratitude List

The list of gratitude or thanking for what ever you are now is to generate that positive vibrations in the mind. The moment you show that gratitude for whatever he or she has done for you, their blessings will help you to reach the goals and aims. Not only that individual will be bestowed with the positive life all along.
