Brady Bacon and The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma Partner for Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals Presented by General Tire
Oklahoma City, OK – American professional racing driver Brady Bacon and The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, which represents every segment of the oil and natural gas industry, today announced a partnership for the Chili Bowl Nationals midget car event.
Brady Bacon is an accomplished third-generation driver, native Oklahoman and four-time USAC Sprint Car Champion. The Chili Bowl is midget car racing’s “Super Bowl,” and draws hundreds of drivers annually to the Tulsa, Okla., Expo Center. This year’s event will be held, January 10-15, 2023.
“The oil and natural gas industry powers our state, powers our nation, and it powers the cars that will take the track at this year’s Chili Bowl,” The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma President Brook A. Simmons said. “The Petroleum Alliance takes great pride in the work done by the men and women of Oklahoma’s oil and natural gas industry to fuel human progress, and we’re proud to support fellow Oklahoman Brady Bacon. The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma Midget Race Car is a 900-pound race car with a four-cylinder engine and 300-400 horsepower. In addition to racing, Bacon will offer special event merchandise featuring this oil and gas tribute race car.
