Interest Rate and Fees

• Interest Rate: The Interest Rate is variable and linked to SMART (Six-month moving Average Rate of Treasury bill, a reference rate published by Bangladesh Bank) + Maximum 3.00% Margin. Based on SMART, we will review the interest rate every six (06) months on the loan disbursement date, keeping the margin fixed throughout the loan tenure. The interest rate will be applied in accordance with the Bangladesh Bank's interest rate guideline and the prevailing BRAC Bank interest rate.
• Processing Fee:Up to BDT 50 Lac: 0.50% of the loan amount or BDT 15,000.00, whichever is lower.More than BDT 50 Lac: 0.30% of the loan amount or BDT 20,000.00, whichever is lower.
• Other fees and charges – Applicable in accordance with the retail loan Schedule of Charges.
