The Br?ight Side

Rock bottom

It took hitting rock bottom to achieve that first paying client.

Boy, did it feel good! It did not happen overnight. There was hard work, countless hours learning and developing a plan leading up to it. Years in the making.?

Let’s be honest, life got in the way and also stalled progress - that happens. It’s what you do once that’s recognized that matters.?

If you stall, that doesn’t mean you can’t just get right back on the horse, so to speak.?

Losing the stability of my full time job was my rock bottom and the catalyst to get back on the horse.

So much was learned along the way. Challenges, analyzing what works and where my heart was calling me to practice.?

Put me in, coach!

Connecting and working with a coach to both provide guidance and accountability was the igniting force to a fully functioning clinical consulting practice. There is no denying you can do this on your own, and many have!?

The guidance and accountability aspect saved valuable time and allowed the space to just focus on what type of practice to build from the heart - and then the ability to just do that.

Getting out there, in person or online, and just talking to people. Connecting, sharing with them your passion and what’s driving you forward.

That'll genuinely "sell itself".

There is truth to "You'll never work a day in your life if you do what you love". So what's stopping you?

People are looking for more help and guidance, and you can help. Pair their needs with your knowledge.

Finding your calling and then answer that call can take you far once you set your mind to it!

There is no secret sauce, just passion and determination.

As pharmacists, you have that passion and determination, or you wouldn’t carry this prestigious title. It was earned through your dedication and hard work. Never ending education to top it off.?

Getting started

So how can you start, easily put? Start your path to the bright side and your own consulting in a few simple steps:?

  • Identity your passion
  • Talk about your plans often
  • Offer to help those intrigued?
  • Assess and tweak above from experience
  • Repeat

Build what you love

Don’t wait until you’re at rock bottom to get started on something great. Build what you love. Just share your passion.?

You'll be on track to your first paying client in no time.

Stay tuned for as we collectively build the br?ight side of pharmacy with consultant pharmacists!?

Whatever you do, just keep shining, pharmacists!
