We're now firmly into Autumn and this month we are bringing lots of opportunities and events to your inbox. I'm delighted that our BPF Futures open call is now live, and we have the opportunity for you to join one of 15 BPF committees. These are a great way to?deepen your understanding of the sector, network with key stakeholders and explore policies. Applications close on the 25 October, so don't delay.? It's also your final opportunity to have your say in the BPF Futures member survey. This closes on the 7 October, complete it now for a chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher!? We have a speaking opportunity as well, if you fancy testing your debating skills on the topic of Redevelopment vs Gentrification, why not speak at our upcoming debate and breakfast in London on 6 November? Debaters will need to submit their interest by the 11 October.
We've lots of events coming up, so do check out the Events section below. I'm personally really looking forward to our fireside chat with BPF President and CEO and Founder of Aboria Capital, Jessica Hardman. This chat will focus on her professional journey and have great tips for how to take the next step in your career.? We also have both the SPF and BPF annual dinners, which both have exclusive rates for BPF Futures members, as well as a site tour in Glasgow, a?site tour in Birmingham and networking in Manchester.?So, plenty to do no matter your location!

BPF Futures x RICS Matrics x JCT YPG: Test Drive and Networking at Tesla We had a fantastic time at Tesla test driving the cars and networking with other junior professionals. Finding out the future vision of Tesla and hearing about the organisation was fascinating, and the test drives gave everyone a real buzz! Thank you to all who attended.?

BPF Futures Open Call? We're so excited to announce that applications for our BPF Futures Open Call are now open. Our committees are an excellent way to deepen your understanding of the sector and offer great networking opportunities. Membership often means that you're able to explore policies and ideas with key stakeholders, like the Government, long before they become reality. It can also be a good way to raise your personal profile and be seen as an industry expert and leader. UK PropTech Awards The UK PropTech Awards are back and this time, bigger and better. In it's seventh year, the UK PropTech Awards is an event dedicated to celebrating those who are leading the way towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled and customer centric future for the Property industry. With the industry evolving and introduction of various new technologies and solutions, UKPA have introduced a range of new awards specifically for the Property industry and the individuals within the organisations driving change.?
