Getting involved

We hear Birmingham's booming?at summer networking?

BPF Futures members enjoyed hearing from Birmingham City Council’s Director of Property and Investment, Philip Nell , at a?Summer Networking event kindly hosted by RSM (pictured above). BPF Futures Board Member Frank Oxley who attended said, “The scale of the challenge and opportunity for Birmingham is unparalleled. No area of the city is beyond reach for regeneration and developments that drive social value. It was great to hear Philip’s unique perspective on the city’s potential.” Keep a look out for our winter networking events that will be taking place in London, Birmingham, and Scotland.


BPF Regional Policy Committee?

Thank you to all those who applied for the two places on this committee. Applications are being looked at and we will be in touch over the next couple of weeks.??


Christopher Mizen joins BPF Futures Advisory Board?

We’re pleased to welcome Christopher Mizen to the BPF Futures Advisory Board as our new Member for Influencing. Christopher is a Surveyor at Gerald Eve and will take up the post recently vacated by Madeleine Rogers , who stepped down due to new work commitments. Christopher said,?“I'm passionate about the role of the BPF to act as a voice for the UK real estate industry and I am keen to play a decisive role in raising awareness of challenges and opportunities facing members. Having been a BPF Futures member for a couple of years, I’m now delighted to be able to support it further and help others learn, influence, and connect.”?
