Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has unveiled a strategic alliance with Bounce Infinity aimed at boosting electric vehicle (EV) adoption nationwide by launching innovative “eDrive stores” at chosen BPCL retail outlets.
Uber has launched its flagship electric vehicle service, Uber Green, in Kolkata, marking a significant move towards eco-friendly urban transportation. Uber has become the second ride-hailing service in Kolkata to introduce electric vehicles, following Snap E, which runs an all-electric fleet.
Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd announced on Thursday that it has acquired an additional 4.5% stake in InoBat, an electric vehicle battery manufacturer, for 20 million euros (approximately Rs 180 crore). This new investment raises the company’s total holding to about 9.32% of InoBat AS, including a previous investment of 10 million euros.
TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a leading global manufacturer in the two and three-wheeler sector, has signed an agreement with CSC Grameen eStores to expand the reach of its commercial vehicle range. This partnership will enable CSC Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to serve as touchpoints for TVS Motor’s commercial vehicles, facilitating enquiries, purchases, test drives, and deliveries through the TVS 3-wheeler dealer network. The TVS commercial vehicle lineup, including the TVS King Deluxe, TVS King Duramax, TVS King Duramax Plus, and TVS King Kargo, will be listed on the CSC e-store this weekend.
