Welcome to our #throwbackthursday saga.

This is the story of Team Builders India - home to the craziest, most passionate, and undoubtedly the hardest working employee engagement team in the country ( and the world.)

It all started when an unstoppable force of nature met an insurmountable mountain (of energy.)

Utsav Shukla & Sahil Bajaj , individually were ruling their respective industries. One was India's most sought after corporate trainer - known for his unyielding energy, and the other was being chased by every possible event curator for his charismatic presence and unbelievably engaging hosting skills.

But, as fate would have it, they both ended up being at the right place & at the right time - together.

On a fateful event day of May 2014, Sahil & Utsav found each other in the midst of a crowded event with too many people around. And, even though violins did not happen to be playing in the background, it felt nothing short of 'love at the first sight' for these two visionary mavericks. They found a kindled soul in each other and a lifelong friendship was born.

The following year found them brainstorming over a joint project, which , back then, was to be named Funtastic Consultants ( and yes, we are glad that better sense eventually prevailed. ) Eventually, on a beautiful January morning, Team Builders India finally came into existence.

Started by these two, this organIsation has grown by spades. From renting a small office space crammed within the NSP market in New Delhi to the badass looking customised space that we now call home, we have truly come a long way. And with our recently revamped website & a team comprising of true gladiators in their sphere,
