Contents
Designed by MullArch Architecture, the development is designed with a four-storey podium and tower levels significantly setback from the street frontage which aims to minimise presence and impact to the overall form.
The development comprises a full-floor rooftop recreation deck including a pool, communal BBQ seating area, wine cellar room, and outdoor seating.
The project is situated directly next to a?newly proposed 84-apartment development?known as ‘The Tannery Residences’ recently proposed by McNab. Both of the developments will share an existing easement driveway for car parking which would enable an overall better street activation setup.
As a result, the project will feature a new 97m2 ground floor retail tenancy located along Montague Road.
Project rundown
The current land use on the site is a two to three-storey commercial warehouse-style building.
Kozcorp Projects' previous projects include Allure Apartments located at Victoria Street in West End and Arriva Apartments on Ferry Road, West End. Their current projects include Savoir Faire Residences 2 in Milton
