Developer West River Hotels is planning to build a new hotel in Hood, California.?Each suite in the four-story hotel would face the water with a pool and a marina with space for 20 boats right on the river.?The project will need to be approved by the county planning commission and other regulatory agencies before construction can begin. The developers plan to break ground in the spring of 2026.?Bob Leach is CEO of West River Hotels.?Dan Whaley is the property owner co-partner on the project.??
