Bournout can affect both physical and mental health.

The demands of working can contribute to Bournout (classified as a medical diagnosis)

  • Access to technology can create the expectation that we are always available and accessible, with no boundary between work and personal live (work-live balance)
  • There are many ways to "fight" Bournout:
  1. Think about your personal live: Build priorities and take time to reflect (careers, relationships, friendships, hobbies..) and realign them.
  2. Find new ways of increase your "smile mood": music, painting, photography, spend time in nature, sport... Activities you truly enjoy!
  3. Relax: With EI (Emotional Intelligence) we can learn to let go of "negative mindsets" that keep us stuck
  4. Find a good Coach: Empower self determination and let go of stress

Final comment: in case of Urgency.. change your life, your work, your city... Change..
