Bourgogne C?tes du Couchois AOP
Oustanding wines!
It is from this multicolored soil - varicolored, named after the claies that compose it - that those wines take all their character and their differences, since the Antiquity.
This unique terroir has long remained in the shadow of its neighbors, including some of the most attractive appellations in Burgundy - from Maranges, Mercurey or Meursault, to Santenay, Givry and other Chassagnes.
However, from 2000, those wines became AOP classified, the result of a long effort towards obtaining the recognition of those Pinots Noirs and Chardonnays' typicality.
Be firmly convinced that the wines of the C?tes du Couchois have every reason to be appreciated! Subtle in the beginning, but not snobbish for a penny, those red and white wines reveal themselves after a few seconds in all their fruity and floral personality, delicate and generous at the same time.
They are surprisingly reliable values, with an unbeatable quality-price ratio.
