At Boundless Awareness we have trained thousands of participants over the last 8 years. Most of our clients are repeat clients! We create a customized anti-oppression workshop for their staff and they come back again and again for more advanced skills training.?
How do we make this happen? We’ll share our secret!
We are able to do such great work in a short amount of time because we follow our core values throughout each step of our process.
Our Core Values:
Here is our step by step process once you hire us:
1. Confidential Audit
Many senior leaders think they know what is going on in their organization, but the wealth of knowledge is truly held by those who do not have the hierarchical power. This is why it is a mandatory part of our process: once we get to know the real stress that staff feel, we adeptly design programs that respond to it.?
Our audit also builds the trust, rapport and reputation between Boundless Awareness and staff, making the facilitation that much richer and deeper.?

All of our interviews are 1-1 and confidential, which means we do not report back the details of the interviews, but rather discuss the broader themes that we noticed throughout the audit.?
Audits can also include focus groups, meetings with ERGs, and certainly meetings with senior leadership.?
2. Workshop Design
From our interviews, we identify common themes and build pertinent and relatable exercises for the workshop. The workshop will include experiential and interactive exercises and will utilize breakout groups in-person and/or over Zoom.
Our pedagogy takes everyone, regardless of their awareness level, from their Point A to their Point B. Every learning style can access our exercises and grow from them.?
3. Workshop Facilitation
We facilitate anywhere between 2 hours to a full day interactive workshop that introduces or extends topics such as unconscious bias, intersectionality and microaggressions. The workshops divide employees by level of power within the organization. The highest level in the organization will undergo the first workshop, followed by mid-level employees and ending with the most junior level staff.
Our facilitation is tailored to the needs of the staff, adapting as needed throughout the workshop. Through our extensive experience facilitating live workshops we are able to challenge participants and push them to their growing edge compassionately.?
