Drawing a line in the sand can be tough but vital. So let’s talk boundaries: how to set them.
We’ve learned why we need boundaries in place. But HOW do you set them to begin with?
A few factors need to be considered:
Answering these will help you get the bones of your boundaries laid out.
Then, you simply need to STICK to it. By that, I don’t mean rigidly and without a little flexibility.
I just mean that you need to start realizing that you can take control of some situations more and make sure you fit them into your schedule rather than squishing things in between others and making yourself frantic and stressed out.
