Bought or Controlled Vote
We talk a lot about the bought vote, or the vote when somebody is paid to vote for a specific group or party. It is illegal in most countries.
But what is the controlled vote, when someone is pressured to vote in one or another direction under usually economic circumstances. Isn’t it the same as the paid vote? And why is not punishable by the law. Because is so difficult to measure and to define.
People are all the time controlled in some way to vote for a party with that controlled vote. They get benefits if they vote, they have grants if they vote, and they have funding from the government. In this difficult economic situation everybody has something to lose if he is getting caught voting for the opposing party.
I have friends that stopped talking to me scared to damage their relations with the party in power; people are worried for their families to lose their jobs. It is all the controlled vote. And it is much worse than the paid vote. Because there is economic and psychological pressure on big groups of the population that is legal in its form and people can’t prevent or fight against.
Jews in New York are mostly registered Democrats but in the election for Governor they voted for Lee Zeldin, the Republican candidate. He lost with 52 to 47 from the Governor Hochul. The score was very close outside of New York City and in the majority of places Zeldin was winning. In New York City he lost with 2/3 of the vote because most of the New York City actually has this control vote. The people in the city have benefits, rent incentives, food stamps, internet and electric bills paid and etc. They just can’t survive in the city with rent of 5000 dollars. What job you have to work to give you that income. Median income in NYC is higher because of the millionaires living there, but if we look at the majority of the population, the working class, working for someone else on an hourly basis, the situation is terrible. As of October 22, 2024, the average hourly pay in New York City is $31.31, with the majority of salaries ranging from $27.36 to $30.53.?The median hourly wage for a full-time job in New York City is?$17.95, with the majority of salaries ranging from $16.83 to $20.77.?
Can you imagine to survive with that payment without the help from the government in a city like NYC? Lots of the people hardly rely on the government. And here comes the controlled vote. And people who are not voting for the ruling party are punished in any possible way. I myself was punished by denying me child tax credit and increasing my electric bill 5 times. Where to complain when the Democrats hold all the powers, including the court. Even Trump, with all his wealth, couldn’t win even one case in his legal battles with the Democrats and their justice Department structures. That is the biggest bat. The biggest control. To keep people in jail, to deprive them from liberties if they don’t obey. What vote is that? Half of the Hollywood elite is under that bat with the case of Diddy in NYC. Even the mayor of NYC Adams is indicted now formally for getting financing from foreign sources, but actually for criticizing the federal government about the illegal immigration, the main pothole for the Democratic candidate for President Kamala Harris.
Because most of the Jewish families have lots of kids they don’t want to lose any of the benefits they have, especially their child tax credit or child care benefits. And they pretend to vote for this and that according for the agenda. Registered as Democrats but voting for Zeldin. It is the controlled vote that doesn’t want anyone to know who they are voting for.
But even the most powerful and rich have the same control vote. Elon Musk got 15 billion from the federal government for his corporations just for the last year. Is he worried that the financing will end. Of course. Now he said that he is worried he will go to jail if the Democrats win.
Jeff Bezos, the billionaire Amazon founder, has started his companies with 500 million financing from the Obama administration, that is why he was loyal till now. Even when his wife divorced, she gave 640 million of her money for Democrat controlled foundations for mostly diversity (DEI) purposes. Getting donations from one party for your corporations and then returning this money to the same party as donations to its foundations. What vote is this? Paid or controlled. Or it is simply money laundering.
Now Bezos, who owns the?Washington Post, refused to endorse Kamala Harris for President, ?looking how things are turning out for the Democratic Party. He commented his decision as a “principle” one. Suddenly these controlled billionaires have principles?
In a situation when we have no middle class, increased poverty, and not enough bread and good jobs for everyone, and all the businesses depend on the financing from the federal government, lots of the vote is turning into controlled.
I heard these days one political leader from a smaller European country, who is always winning the elections, was bragging that he had turned his political party onto one Joint Stock Venture. That is the formula for success.
And we have the same structure here without even having one Joint Stock Venture. One party is controlling the resources for the rich, the benefits for the poor, and the justice and the jails for the disobedient.
Have you heard they have inspected the Brooklyn Federal Jail MDC this week, all 10 Federal agencies, including The Department of Justice and FBI. Why is so big the interest now? Because it is the only federal detention facility in the city, holding around 1200 men and few women. The interest is not because they are worried about the health of the famous rapper Puff Diddy, who is locked there, but because they need places for the people who will dare to show their civil disobedience after the elections. Are we expecting the next January 6th scenario in NYC?
