I finished reading "The Bottleneck Rules" book, thanks to Clarke Ching for writing such an excellent book and distributing it free to all. An excellent quick and easy to read book on TOC - Theory of Constraints originated by Eliyahu Goldratt, author of books like The Goal, Critical Chain.
It is a very well written, excellent book, loaded with examples which are easy to understand, remember and apply. It is a difficult task to write such a book which is simple enough to understand but does not over generalize and dilute the concepts. It gives enough foundation to understand and apply the concepts.
