Botanical Nootropics 101

We all are looking for better focus, concentration, and brain support!?Our brains are working 24/7 so we need to focus on our brain health.?While I certainly encourage doing all we can to support our brain health, we all have experienced time we just need a little bit more help!?Before we get into the nitty gritty of Nootropics, let’s review what we covered in last week’s newsletter.

If you know me, you know that I love the science in what I am using.?Initial testing is quite impressive and ongoing!?Standardized cognitive tests, used in neuroscience research, have shown wonderful results.?Visual reactive time is greatly improved in both the visual reactive time testing and the focus color reading test!???Seeing these results remind me of my daughter at the age of 4 beating the pants off us in matching pairs! I'm sure I'm not the only parent on this earth that has lost many a game! It is simply amazing to see the brain power at work in our children! Adults need that focus and clarity, too!
