The Botanic Wellness Limited Equity Crowdfunding Offer is now live

The Botanic Wellness equity crowdfunding campaign is now open for investment. With $235,000 already invested, from a number of early investors who had lodged expressions of interest (EOI’s), the Company has already reached 94% of its minimum funding target of $250,000. The Company is seeking to raise up to $1m from investors before the Offer is scheduled to close on 5 October 2020. We invite you to watch the Offer video and access all of the other information on the Offer page below. Why invest? 

• The Company is aiming to become a leading provider of CBD hemp-based products in the USA, Europe and Australia. 
• The Company had revenues of $2.3 million in the 2020 financial year (unaudited) and only a relatively small operating loss before accounting for the various products it now has for available for sale including its CBD hemp seeds, biomass, fibre, crude and CBD distillate for wholesale sale to companies wanting to produce their own CBD products and for the Company’s own retail products that are now available for sale in the USA Europe and soon Australia.
• Current CBD seed and hemp production: The Company has indoor and outdoor seed growing operations in Colorado, Arizona and Texas with the ability to produce up to 2,200 kgs of CBD seeds per annum and approx. 2.1 million sq meters of CBD hemp crops growing in Arizona and Texas 
• The Company recently began planting its first 1 million sq meters of CBD hemp crop in southern NSW and has obtained the required licences, including licences to import seeds and grow CBD hemp crops in NSW and licences to supply Schedule 4 and 8 drugs, that it already sells in the USA and Europe, into Australia
• The Company recently launched its first CBD retail products for sale the USA and Europe and has 6 further CBD hemp products being launched in Q4. It has now also obtained Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approval to supply those product in Australia under the Special Access Scheme.
• Competitive Advantage: A USA and Australian operating subsidiaries have entered into a variety of joint venture agreements with farmers where the farmer contributes his farm land, expertise, machinery and labour and the Company contributes its seeds, licences and permits, specific hemp growing expertise, production extraction and sales and marketing expertise and after both parties are reimbursed for their input share the profits are shared equally.

Criteria for investing

Step 1: Self Accreditation (Required by the SEC)

You are eligible to invest in Botanic Wellness’ equity crowdfund if you are an:

1. Accredited investor
2. Trust
3. Or bank, insurance company or investment company.
