Bosses Vs Leaders -1
This is just a thought.
This topic is all about Bosses Vs Leaders. I have seen many articles and posts on LinkedIn where many well known authors, and HR professionals post some differences between Bosses & Leaders and the conclusion is we always look support Leaders.
This is true that for the Organisation Development and professional development Leaders are highly required, it also helps in developing the future leaders - Yes, we need leaders who should not think about their own self. if we really want to see our country should grow economically our industries has to work accordingly. We have to promote our employees and bosses to work exceptionally and bosses has to work as leaders. BUT
The Bosses always want to be a Boss because he/she knows that if they will pass on the skills their job might be on the stake.
I have seen many posts on Bosses Vs Leaders and we always support - "We Need Leaders" with hundreds of comment e.g. Very True, Nice Article, Well Said & Agree.
Friends, I need your inputs on this.
Did we ever try to became a leader?
If you are not in that position, than ever tried to work as a team rather than working as a individual to show off.
Think about it, putting ideas on papers doesn't change anything till we do not adopt it.
