Being such a largely populated country, surprisingly HR is not the most dominating function where inequality and social tension are rampant. HR professionals are neglected for the pressure from other functions like finance, production, supply chain, sales without understanding that nothing really works without good and competent, skilled human resources. And other resources can not not add value without human resources. HR becomes his or her resources. HR never allowed to work independently on the fear that it will be popular to employees. HR understands only that if employees are not satisfied, customers can not be satisfied. Employees are the main brand ambassadors, not Akshay Kumar or Sharukh Khan. The company in human era, who will neglect HR will vanish in the blue. Companies who understand the importance of HR in knowledge and digitalised world will only survive and grow. Owners must understand for productivity and growth. Time is changing. It is the era of 5 days work. Flexible working hour. Work from home. Virtual office. Less discipline. Most innovation. Zero hierarchy. Zero bossing. Subordinates should appraise the so called bosses, never boss should appraise the subordinates. The rights to be seized. Different world. Free world. Owners, for God's sake understand.

Don't make HR a slave. His or her resource. Let he or she perform independently. Let it be a profit center from a cost center. He or she should be the most important director in the director board, not the finance or sales director. Because even the directors are recruited by the HR Director. World has changed. People matters only. Rest all are superfluous. So much corruption from finance people for keeping aside the HR PERSONNEL. Learn from the mistake. Have social audit. Certify with ISO 8000. Survive. Grow. Or perish.
