Greetings from the Border0 team??? We've been hard at work enhancing our Policy engine to make access to your infrastructure even more flexible and intuitive. Our latest updates are all about giving you more control, visibility, and security.

Policy v2 and Application-Aware Permissions

You may have noticed a major improvement to our policies! This latest update allows you to manage permissions all the way up to the application layer, a major upgrade from just Network level access controls.?

Some examples of what's possible:

• Control what system user can be used to SSH to your servers.
• Limit SSH port-forwarding or SFTP for enhanced security
• Restrict database access to specific Queries, like SELECT or INSERT.
• Only allow kubectl exec for users in the Okta group SRE to containers in the Kubernetes namespace Production.
