If #BOPP tape rewinding is terrible--not neat, how to solve it?

Why does it happen?

1. Paper core positioning.

2. Spacer bush for the blade

How to solve it?

1. Check the paper core loading machine settings to ensure the proper paper core position on the rewinding shaft. Cores on the upper rewinding shaft and the lower rewinding shaft are placed accordingly, not the same.

2. Ensure the spacer bush inside the razor blade shaft has the same size as the paper core. Align the bush with the paper core. Use the hand wheel (at the end of the blade shaft) to slightly adjust the bush position.

3. Adjust the banana roller to remove wrinkles.
